If you don’t speak Spanish you will be discriminated as a customer. Wendy’s has a little better customer service and workers there speak English
THIS PLACE HAS GONE TO HELL. THE STAFF ARE RUDE, IGNORANT, AND TALK BACK TO YOU. THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER TODAY. THE SPANISH LADY THAT WAS THERE SAID HI TO ME BECAUSE SHE KNOWS I GO THERE FROM TIME TO TIME. SHE AND ANOTHER HISPANIC GUY THAT WAS THERE WERE EXCEPTIONAL. SHE MADE THE COOK MAKE NEW BURGER. YOU NEED TO REPLACE THOSE OTHER EMPLOYEES THEY INCOMPETENT I WILL NO LONGER BE GOING THERE AGAIN

Service has gone from bad to worse. The last 7 times I visited, I made a simple order then got home to find it was wrong. On the sixth visit, I asked for no pickles because I'm allergic to them. I got ten pickles on my Whopper, so had to throw it out. I called about it, and the man I spoke to apologized and said to tell my story to an employee next time I came in and they would make it right. So I did that, but the employee only doubted me and interrogated me as if to catch me in a line. I left with no food, disgusted that I was told one thing AND THEN a random employee overrode the manager's edict. I tried one more time, at 7pm on a Thursday. They said they had broken down the burger broiler machine for cleaning, and maybe I should come back the next day. Cleaning the burger machine at the dinner rush hour? I'm beginning to get the strong feeling that Burger King does not want my business, and that HAVE IT YOUR WAY no longer applies. Should I contact corporate to get results?

One of the most poor customer service I have seen, full of attitude and ignorance.
Will never understand how a business owner allow himself to hire such a bad and disrespectful team.

Manager and cashier seemed too busy talking instead of helping us. They were out of multiple menu items (such as sourdough bread for melt). Soda machine had Come, Sprite and root beer to select from. They need to get better at ordering product you are supposed to have. They need food was hot, but that’s about all the good from this visit.

Had trouble through the app so i ordered in the drive through instead and my food came put the window cold and soggy my chicken fries were soft and like rubber inside and my burger at 2 tiny shreds of lettuce and they forgot two of my items so i had to drive back and there receipts dont come with a store code so you cant do the survey how convenient is that, terrible customer service

Terrible service, I was waiting more than 20 minutes for the girl to serve us, she turned her back on us the entire time. And the person who put together the orders has no idea what he is doing. These two people's shift was at 2:40 pm.

I waited 30 freaking minutes just to get nothing, there was also 1 person waiting for their order and he got to things wrong, the workers don’t even acknowledge you. It took them 30 min just to wrap a single burger
