Where do I begin. First and foremost, we’re working down the block and have been going in for breakfast and/or lunch multiple times a week so this isn’t a one off thing.First time I went in I witnessed an elderly lady asking for a cup of water and they were DENIED. She had already bought 30 dollars worth of food too! They were making her pay FULL price for freaking tap water which was like 2 or 3 bucks. I can understand like .50 cents but come on, seriously? Apparently this is the owner of the franchise coming up with this insanity.Then we went in today and my boyfriend asked to use the bathroom and was denied because he wasn’t buying anything. He spoke up and said my girlfriend would be buying breakfast so they unlocked the bathroom. I have never in my life see an establishment like this turn anyone down for restroom use. It was locked down like Fort Knox. It took 20 minutes for me to get an iced coffee and a small thing of French toast sticks. Why? Well they had two freaking people working the rush hour… when the 3rd person came in she blatantly ignored everyone standing in line and just rummaged around for awhile until I spoke up.Whoever the owners are, you suck.. hire more help and don’t be cheap when a paying customer asks for a small cup for water. They def lost our business. Idk how they even stay in business at this point!

I've lived in winter park 5 years and grew up eating BK a lot. This is the worst BK in the USA. They must be making fake accounts to get these goof reviews. I've never been here and didn't wait 20 minutes at least even when it's dead. The people who own this chain must been dealing in some shady business because they clearly are not interested in selling Burger King product.

Stopped around 430pm for as close to a perfect dine-in BK experience as anyone could ask. I like my Whoppers 'Heavy All' - and whoever made my sandwich Understood The Assignment. The fountain Coke was perfectly mixed (anyone else tired of scant syrup machines? Me, too). My fries were top notch, like they'd been dropped just for me. And speaking of dropped just for me, I got a large Onion Ring to go for my Onion Ring Fan at home, and I watched as the new batch rolled perfectly fresh out of the fry basket. Gorgeous. When you want this food experience, none other will do.

Do not deliver. You'll be cancelled or it will take 2 hours your foods cold, ice melted. Fries like rocks and soggy. Not once, no twice, no 4 times but every damn time.
The best Burger King ? fresh food and excellent service!! When I want to eat from Burger King I drive 1 hour but I get here ??❤️ and I enjoy my favorite fast food!!

DO NOT GO HERE. JUST CHECK ALL THE REVIEWS ??????????????????I really wasn't expecting much from BK but I think they boil the meat. It was gray and had ZERO signs of being 'flame broiled'. Fries were old and cold and I saw the packer not using gloves and cupping the fries with no gloves on. ?Nuggets were old and cold as well. When I went back to replace them the RUDE manager never apologized but looked at his watch and said it was 10 mins ago. Asked for a receipt and then gave me a 6pc instead of the 8 I had. They were cold and old too. He needs a lesson in customer service BAD. I emailed the DM. No response. Can see how much they care.
