Went in there to order food, they just looked at me, ignored me, let me waiting and didn't care, so I had to leave.

Went to the drive-thru speaker and was told to hold on a second. 5 minutes later, he finally comes back on the speaker. After asking for the 6$, have it your way, which was on the menu board. I was told they dont sell that anymore and blamed management for not updating the menu board. Big waste of time.

Not one to review Burger King franchises but this location has some great customer service and the food did not taste like it was fried in motor oil.

Went in the drive tru the woman working was extramly friendly and nice. She was even training someone at the time and had to run back to help make my food. She's a hard worker that every time I see her has a smile on her face

Ordered food at 11:30 PM. Was told to pull up to a parking spot out front and they’d bring it out. 30 minutes later nothing. Pulled up to the window again and no one was there. Tried honking, knocking on windows and no one answered because music was blasting and they were too busy cleaning out the fryers BEFORE giving us our food. After trying to get their attention with no success, had to leave with no food which I PAID FOR. Will be contacting the managers.

Do not ever come to this burger king a waste of time and money literally. Pulled up to the drive through ordered and paid sat and waited 30 minutes in the drive through for the workers to not make or give me my order but close the restaurant and never acknowledge me again I spent $30 to not even receive food.

Its been two nights already where I order online, order goes through and when I get there (3 hours before it is supposed to close) the store is closed. Second night there was 3 people there, a woman told me rudely that they were closed and had no staff, I tried requesting a refund and it didn't even give me the option.

Mimi is literally AMAZING went to a neighboring location, and they were supremely rude, made it here, and Mimi was a breath of fresh air, absolutely fantastic, supremely kind, and her customer service was above and beyond. Please give this lady a raise. She deserves it!!!! Will be back because of her
both times i been here they messed up my food TWICE each time. take it back in to tell them they messed it up they apologize and then STILL made it wrong. second time they even added bacon to a completely vegetarian impossible burger. had to go in three times for “resolution” only to get home to find the burgers were charred and practically inedible. now they won’t issue a refund only store credit but i don’t wanna eat bk no more.
Something must be wrong with management that it drives all the employees away. Corporate should look at the store's General Manager instead of firing all of the shift managers. If District Management really cared they would do their meetings with parties at a neutral place. I have been here on numerous occasions whe the GM is arguing with her boyfriend in the kitchen, arguing with the staff, and belittling them. On one oçcasion she even told someone to get out of her store. The business is slow there because the GM only schedules 2 people for the evenings or will schedule the other girl manager with children who have not even been trained.
