As much It kills me to write this, for the presence of this review means the admittance of a disgusting fact. Ordering on October 8th with a grand total 23.66. A burger, urban fries, with a fountain drink. Upon awaiting my food for a lengthy time, once getting the bag I kept hearing a noise coming from the plastic bag. Getting into my car it still lingering. Once arriving at my destination I look into it to be greeted with an alive bug, still unsure if a COCKROACH or another unknown INSECT. But clear as day brown bug resting inside the bag. I delayed this review as I know infestations can happen and primarily writing this review means a bug was present in my food, and that's a disgusting fact I must live with now. However, this doesn't excuse the behavior of which an establish should present itself. A franchise business should keep their quality at a constant standard across the board. Being greeted with a bug along with food shouldn't even be a concept present. Y'all are upholding a franchsie reputation. It sickens me and on the verge of vomiting. I encourage a deep cleanse of this place IMMEDIATELY . BurgerFI has good food no doubt, so let's not diminish your self. For you are the product of your environment, keep it neat.

Had a different experience than the one I had in west palm. Food was ok they do not take $100 bills tables and chairs not clean street parking was terrible to find wish there was a different location closer to me

This location is fantastic. First off, the burgers here are my favorite. The quality and flavor of the meat is second to none. So juicy and the perfect level of grease. Fries are always on the well done side, but fresh cut and very good. This is about the most underrated burger chain in America. IMO it tops both Five Guys and Shake Shack. And how can you beat this location for the atmosphere?

i was here the other day having a bad day and a nice little pretty young girl named dakota helped me at the register! her customer service skills were crazy, and she treated me great even though i’m ugly and old. I’m glad to know society still is nice to people like me. Thank you dakota !
