Had a really great experience at BurgerFi! The service was friendly and fast, and the staff made everything super easy. The food came out fresh and tasted amazing — you can tell they care about quality. The restaurant was clean, the vibe was nice, and overall it was just a really enjoyable visit. That's why their restaurant is empty. Terrible service, it takes too long to prepare the food. I waited more than 30 minutes to receive a sandwich, and there was no one else in the restaurant. And look at the type of fries they gave me – terrible fries. I'm never going back to this restaurant.

First time ordering from this restaurant and I intended on the Lake Mary location, but made the mistake ordering from Winter Park. I called many times to have my order canceled and refunded, but unfortunately they did not answer the phone so I visited the location. After my food sat for 40 minutes, I explained to management the mistake that I made, and that I would just like a re-order instead of a refund. The manager refused to re-order the food fresh, but rather stated that it's not within policy so I therefore asked for a refund to which he satisfied. However, I understand I made mistake, but to deny a customer a re-order for food that sat for 40 minutes is unacceptable especially for my first time ordering.
The manager's name was Jay. I would like to add that the young lady who is a cashier with colored hair, was very sincere.

Food is just ok but wow, what a mess. We went in on a Friday night and I understand it’s busy but overflowing trash cans, filthy tables, messy, grimey sofa fountains. I mean, are no employees designated to clean up? It’s difficult to keep up with but it looked like no one had touched anything for hours. I spent waaaaay too much money at this place to eat surrounded by filth.

I always have a good experience at BurgerFi Winter Park. This time around I came in and completely over complicated the coupons I was using but Chase and Jay were very helpful and patient in getting it all sorted out for me. The CEO Burger, fries, and shake were also amazing as usual. Highly recommend this spot, and shoutout to the staff!

We haven’t been to the BurgerFi for at least 7 years, and it’s not nearly the restaurant it once was. The employees were slow, the weren’t talking about work they were gossiping loudly, forgetting items, then serving food with ripped buns and hard bacon. BurgerFi is just not worth caring about anymore.
Tonight we were going to the winter park boat parade and we decided to walk over to burgerfi with our kids before the parade started to have dinner. Upon entering this location I noticed the restaurant cleanliness was not there at all. But decided to still give it a chance because we were already there and had to get back before the parade started. We went to the drink machine and while pouring our sodas noticed black specks coming out of the machine while it was pouring and it was going all over the cup. I thought this must be black mold coming out of this machine. (Mind you the other machine was broken so we could not use that one). I thought this is disgusting, the counter where all the napkins and condiments were held was filthy with sauce all over it and trash. Again, my husband and I said to ourselves let’s just eat our food and get out of here. We ate outside, the upkeep of outside was horrible, trash everywhere and the everything was sticky and dirty. I couldn’t believe it. I told my husband about the black mold coming out of the machine and we immediately threw away our drinks and told the lady at the counter if she could switch it for a bottle of soda which she did. The food came out and the fries were so burnt and crispy. As if the oil in your restaurant has probably never been changed. I couldn’t eat my burger knowing how dirty everything was so I went back and told the manager. He said that he had just got on shift and hadn’t had time to check around about the cleanliness and stated to show him what I was talking about. I pointed behind him, the trash on the floor everywhere and the items on counters were filthy. I told him about the drink machine and about the counters and he responded that “he was sorry I felt that way”. He took off my burger after I requested a refund but we spent a whole $56 there and to be honest I am SO disappointed. I can’t imagine burgerfi letting the restaurant go down the way it is. That restaurant has been there for so many years and for it to be on park ave in such a prime location one would assume that it would be taken care of as far as cleanliness and service goes! It was such a horrible experience. If an inspector walked through there I would be shocked that they would allow it to be still open the way the restaurant currently looks. I brought it to the managers attention because it should matter, cleanliness is so important. What if someone got food poisoning from your restaurant the way it is currently being upheld? This needs to be talked about, I can’t imagine ever returning to this restaurant or recommending it to anyone in its current state. My extended family was going to meet us there before the boat parade to eat also, since we got there first I told them not to bother. The place was filthy. I am truly disappointed.
