Loved the Monkey Bread!!! The Almond Croissant was so delicious too. Cinnamon roll wasn’t for me- in that it’s flavors were more citrusy + cream cheese icing isn’t a fave: that’s ok tho!! I’m sure it’s someone’s fave!! The chocolate cookie was great!! Can’t wait to return.

Wow! I was so excited to try this place and it was worth the wait. I ordered so many goodies. Turkey Brie caramelized onions, Tomato and cheese croissant, lavender and lemon tart and 2 chocolate croissants. We will definitely be back when we’re in town. The ladies inside were lovely and so helpful. Great place! Wish they had a little inside place to eat. It’s 90 out and a bit warm to really enjoy.

small Bake shop in the heart of Winter Park. Specialty baked goods mostly made with flaky soft croissant liked dough. There is a great variety to choose from and all delicious! If you blink, you might miss it, so pay attention! There is a cute little porch where you can sit and enjoy your treats.
Parking: The parking is behind the shop, after entering through a short alley.
I enjoyed the Turkey and Brie Croissant and the lemon lavender pop tart on my last visit so I came back for more! Today’s guava cheesecake pop tart was great as well.
Parking: There is a small free lot, but the bakery can’t host many people inside, it’s really an in and out time frame.
Wheelchair accessibility: Would be a challenge to get in the door but there is a ramp to the door, the door opens outward. There is outdoor seating. You can order online then make note that you are outdoors at a table.

Nice place with nice people. The food was ok. I had the berry cake donut. It was too heavy and not enough flavor. I also had the ham and cheese croissant. The croissant was buttery and I was expecting more flavor inside but didn’t get it. I’m not a person that likes a lot of salt or sugar and don’t like when people k er do it with either, but in this case the items were lacking flavor. Maybe I’ll go again and try something else because everything really looks great.

This place is absolutely adorable, and the donuts are a real standout! The dough is light and fluffy, reminiscent of a perfect Disney beignet, and the frosting is simply scrumptious. The chocolate croissant, however, fell a bit short—while the pastry was decent, it could’ve used more chocolate and was served cold. Also, the orange juice taste like it’s Minute Maid rather than freshly squeezed. Despite these minor drawbacks, I’d definitely return for those incredible donuts!

I LOVE Buttermilk Bakery and the smell of good butter that hits you as you open the door! It's amazing.
I always wish they were closer to my home. I look forward to when I have to be on that side of town and make my 1st stop at this small shop handmaking the best croissant of all kinds.
Anything croissant that you crave, they have! Plain, almond, fruits, stuffed with eggs or spinach & gilded with cheese and herbs! Croissants are one of my favorite eats! Layers of dough & butter, come on!
They have donuts, brioche donuts! They serve cakes that are edible art.
The coffee is dark, like I like it. They also serve iced coffees.

We parked by Foxtail coffee, just a block away, there is parking behind the bakery and on the street but we usually get coffee at Foxtail (the coffee and tea at Buttermilk is fine but we are used to Foxtail).
Go early as there may be a line or your favorite baked treat may be gone! Pop-tarts, muffins, croissants (spinach, tomato, they vary each week from savory to sweet), monkey breads, sweet rolls, donuts, Kouign Amann, to name just a few.
So fresh and delicious I end up getting more than I go in for each time. I swear I will only purchase one or two and buy four, most freeze well for a treat during the week or following week with a salad for dinner.
The staff is unbelievably nice and helpful. There is a seating area just outside (about 10 tables). It does get warm in the summer so dress appropriately.
Go, enjoy the heck out of it and don’t worry about the calories!!!!!
