This is my go to spot for pastries! They are made fresh daily and you can tell by the look and taste of it.
I always go when they open, in order to get everything you want and not wait for a while in line. The line is mostly because it is very small inside, they take 1 guest at time and the store only fits a hand full of people.
I’m a big fan of Chai but the one they have here taste watered down so I would not get it again, but yes to all the baked goods! They have not disappointed me and I don’t think they ever will. I suggest getting any of their super flaky croissants and seasonal items.

Finding a truly great bakery isn’t easy, but The Buttermilk Bakery has become one of my favorite spots. They specialize in croissants and laminated pastries made to perfection, with distinct, airy layers and a crisp, golden crust everything you look for in a well made croissant.
Their selection goes beyond the classic butter croissant: you’ll find sweet and savory croissant style pastries, along with donuts, cookies, cakes, and quiches. The best part is that every week they introduce new creations, so there’s always something different to try.
Everything I’ve tasted from the savory quiches to the sweet pastries has been exceptional and perfectly balanced in flavor. I love it so much that I’ve driven 40 minutes just to pick up breakfast, and it’s always worth it.
They do have a few tables inside, but it’s mainly set up as a take out spot. I’d love to see a more inviting space and longer hours so guests could settle in and really enjoy their pastries with a drink.
If you’re a fan of top quality croissants and pastries, The Buttermilk Bakery is a must-visit in Orlando.

Heavens to Besty; I’m not even a pastry eater like that but with Buttermilk Bakery, I assure you, I’ve been converted - only for them though. I absolutely love how light yet flavorful everything is - even the DONUT was light… like are you kidding me?! Pure deliciousness. There has not been one treat that I’ve tried and haven’t liked. They clearly are passionate and put love into what they do.

2nd time here and there is always something different on the menu. Tried the cinnamon roll today in the back parking lot, and had to go in and buy another. I also tried the bacon cheddar puff roll; it has plenty of bacon bits through out this crunchy on outside and tender on the inside roll. Would like to taste a bit more of the cheese, but i would buy again. The Churro is flaky and has a food flavor. Havent tasted the strawberry cheese puff. But did I mention the Cinnamon roll-it was so good I had to mention it twice! I live about 1-1/2 hours from here and it has been worth coming everytime. Ohh the first time I came was early on a Saturday Morning and their was a line and they literally sold put of almost everything. So call before you come on a weekend!! I heard about Buttermilk Bakery from A review from Born and Bread almost near Tampa, they also are deelicious if you are near them. There is not a lot pf seating here but they do have some in the front and on the side. If you cant park on the street they have parking in the back of their store!!
