I recently placed a pick-up order and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I ordered the French toast with a side of bacon, while my coworker had the Don Tono sandwich. We also got two cheese and guava empanadas to share.

The empanadas were disappointing — small in size for the $5 price tag, served cold, and tasted like they had been reheated rather than freshly made.

The Don Tono sandwich lacked freshness and flavor, which was surprising given how appealing it sounded on the menu.

The French toast was just okay — not bad, but certainly nothing memorable. It left a lot to be desired, especially considering the hype around this place.

I really had high hopes, but overall, the food just didn’t live up to the expectations.

The staff is great and friendly. The ambience is very zen-like. Now, the food leaves a lot to be desired; the steak and egg sandwich was tasteless (probably not seasoned). The avocado toast was not really a”toast” but a huge bread. Again, not tasty..
Because if its name (Don Juan) I didn’t expect it to be bland.
I got an empanada that was ice cold inside.

Two thumbs up for the staff

I occasionally stop by here to get some work done when I'm in the area. It’s a great spot for solid Wi-Fi, a pretty good cup of coffee, and a chill atmosphere. The vibe is great, and the service is consistently on point. I do wish the food—especially the sandwiches—were better; they’ve always felt surprisingly bland to me. That said, the banana bread and pastries are worth grabbing. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to relax, chat, or get some work done with a good coffee in hand.

Don Pepe sandwich is good. Steak is minimally seasoned but tasty and juicy. Need to work on having a dark roast espresso.

We came after visiting a nearby bakery (bakery was good but not my fav) and were blessed with this sweet spot. I got a sea salt caramel latte and my boyfriend a sea salt caramel chai. We shared a deeeeeelicious Nutella brownie. Look forward to coming back and getting something new!!

The quesitos are on the drier side but they do have fun flavors (Nutella and guava) and the Tiramisu coffee was good! The service however was lacking, girl either seemed bothered by my presence or just didn't want to be there. It was my first time there and I was excited to try the place out, which I told her so and she was short with me and couldn't care any less. I just took my stuff to go since she made me feel unwelcomed.

Great place for sandwiches and coffee. Highly recommend the Don Jack if you enjoy ciabatta bread with a crispy outside and soft inside. The Salted Chai Caramel is the best drink I have ever had in my life. Fries are extra crispy and tasted amazing with the cilantro mayo, very much worth the upcharge. Would get again.

On their instagram it says it’s open til 7 Wednesday to Sunday, and they actually close at 4, it’s unfortunate every time I try to go after work it’s closed when it says it’s open👎🏻

I have never been to Don Juan but needed a coffee before Pilates next doors. The gentleman behind the counter was the most considerate person ever! He washed out my cup of coffee I brought in with me and filled it with something much better! I mentioned that I was pregnant and he even asked if I wanted full caffeine or half. What a great way to start my Monday morning!

I was really excited to visit this café to try the French toast. Although parking was a bit difficult, everything seemed fine at first. However, I was immediately disappointed by the rude attitude of the staff upon entering. The food also didn’t meet my expectations—the flavor was underwhelming, and the strawberries in the dish weren’t clean. While the overall vibe of the place was cute, I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this café to my friends.
