Several menu items were unavailable due to being "out of stock," which was inconvenient. Drinks & Portions: The beverages were well-made and enjoyable. Portion sizes were generous, but the pricing felt steep. I paid approximately $29 for two eggs, two slices of toast, home fries, two vegan sausage patties, and a sweet tea. Overall Impression: While the venue itself is aesthetically pleasing, I found the overall experience did not live up to the"hype". Food was good! Not a lot of selection for cocktails, only beer and wine and there are a lot of rules which I was not a fan of but other than that, it was great! And parking is easy for winter park.

The fatal attention !! The whole space is very small they lift you from the table because it is only for two hours. The heat was hellish inside, it was not a comfortable environment. We just had to spend the moment and that's it. But I wouldn't recommend it. I wouldn't go back

SCAM ALERT!! We went for Mothers Day Brunch as my wife wanted to go because of the floral display. Reading other reviews I was hesitant because of the other people who have commented of this business adding additional tips to your bill after they charge your card. But, we decided to go and gov them a try. I took a picture of the receipt in case they tried to pull one over, and sure enough they did! The total came out to be $322 for 4 people, which is already outrageous for breakfast food, but we knew that going in. That amount already included a 20% gratuity of $50. They then had another section to add another 20% tip, which we crossed off since the tip was already included. Sure enough they added the additional 20% tip like others have mentioned in the past, but they also charged my card twice. My bank has been contacted and I will be going to the Winter Park PD to make file a complaint as well as this business should not be allowed to continue scamming people. I'm sure the business will respond that it was busy and was a mistake, but multiple reviews saying the same thing is not a mistake, it's theft.

The experience for Mother's Day was great! We were visiting Orlando wanting to celebrate our mother-in-law and it was the best place. The place is super small but very cozy, the people are very attentive despite the fact that they control the reservation time, I consider that 1 hour and a half per reservation is very little time, more in large groups, we were 6 and we feel at the end like running without doing a little dijestion for dessert because of the time and they ask us for the table. But the food and the rest was too good!

This is such a cute place! They have a great menu and the food was excellent and so was the service. It's the perfect place for brunch or lunch. I will definitely go back!

It was going to be my first time, I booked it for Sunday Easter, the day before; Saturday I booked my reservation which I had to cancel do to an emergency. I called and called and called and there was nobody available to take my call, I send various emails with no reply. I couldn't go to the reservation and they charged me $150 non show ($30 each person) total of 5! Monday I sent another email and they reply that they were very sorry but the CANNOT reimburse my $150 because that's their policy, which I understand but emergency happens. Very unfair to be honest, a completely ripoff!!!!!! So make sure that you are completely sure before booking !!!!

Myself and my church friends tried out 240 Rose after church on a Sunday. Although the ambiance and restaurant were gorgeous and it was a beautiful day to sit outside, we didn't have the best food nor service. There were many small mishaps that led us all to say we would never come again. Mainly, the food taste. I enjoyed the salmon salad but many others didn't like their meals and decided to struggle through it after one friend was told they don't allow food to be sent back once it's ordered. Eventually, after much convincing/begging, the manager took the untouched plate off of the ticket. Others did not enjoy the waffles or pancakes either. I additionally ordered a Rosé and they instead brought me a sweet red. I tried to tell them it wasn't Rosé and they insisted it was. I eventually sent it back after one sip. Again great ambiance but it's closer to an aesthetic trap than I prefer.

I was highly disappointed in the way we were received upon arriving at this restaurant. I actually almost left and did not eat there. We are from out of town and had to produce a show at the Rosen Plaza over the weekend. As we wrapped up and were on our way, I called the restaurant at least 5 times to say we'd be 10-13 mins late as there was traffic on I-4. But there was an answering service that went straight to voicemail. When I realized I had not gotten through, I searched for other phone numbers and to no avail. Then I messaged the restaurant on the OpenTable app. We arrived 14 mins late. Most restaurants that are within the grace period. When we arrived, the manager/host greeted us very rudely with, “You're late.” I explained we called, etc., and she continued to persist and was so rude for a couple minutes. I am a destination event planner in all my years over 10 years of going to restaurants, producing events, and dealing with country tourism boards, whether in the USA or out of the country. I had not ever experienced such a rude greeting like that. I was so disappointed in how rude she was. Being an event planner I respect people's time which is why I made every effort to get in contact with the restaurant. The sad part is I was so excited to bring my event team here since we are from out of town, and I wanted to close out the weekend with a treat at this restaurant. Instead, we had a terrible greeting and left Orlando on a sour note. On the other hand our waiter Mati was very pleasant. I will not be dining here again and highly recommend Helena for brunch. Customer service there is unmatched.

I notified 240 Rose Cafe by phone and Open Table messaging with a request to move back to 10am. Two of us were on time but due to I-4 delays, the doctor and his assistant arrived at 10:45am. My chief paramedic and I had breakfast at 10 and the server provided breakfast for the doctor and assistant upon arrival. The server and restaurant went out of their way to accommodate us due to these unusual circumstances and I cannot thank them enough. Breakfast was outstanding and service the same!

Beware of their cancellation policy. I messaged them through Open Table two days before my reservation to cancel it. I got a message from them 1 day before indicating the reservation was still active so I called and left a message. They cancelled my reservation but charged me $110. Our correspondence is now gone from the app so I have no way of proving that I reached out in time. They have been completely unhelpful and refuse to reverse the charge.

We have frequented this establishment multiple times now and they never disappoint. Consistant food quality and taste, Speedy service and the menu is extensive and unique. They have inside and outside seating and the coffee beverages are decorated so creatively. Keep up the good work !!!
