This was my first time here and we were having a baby shower brunch for my sister. My initial interaction when we got there with Carolina was not very pleasant or welcoming. We decorated and sat down to eat, which the food was very good. However when we received our bill there was a rent charge of $100. When I asked I was told there is only a 1.5hr limit (we had 13 people) very unreasonable and crazy to expect 13 people to order and eat in that amount of time. I would not recommend here if you have a large group

Brunch and Bouquet reservation at 2 o'clock. Seated quickly, slight wait for food, but food was very good when it came out. Once our food was served, our server never came back to check on us. No water refills, no inquiry as to whether we needed anything else. After an hour and a half, our check was dropped off at our table. We had wanted desert and coffees to go, but were made to feel like we needed to pay and go. I'd like to point out that we would've been finished and gone at least 30 minutes prior if someone had come by to check on us and taken our to go order. By the time we got to the flower cart, the flowers were picked over and there weren't many pretty flowers to choose from. I plan to go back again but will make my reservation earlier in the day to see if the quality of service is any better at the beginning of brunch rather than the end.

Location was convenient, ambiance was great, and food for the price was definitely worth it. The staff that served us inside were super sweet but the girl at the front door was rude.

We were there for nearly 2.5 hours to have one drink and lunch. Very slow paced, not great service. The person that does their social media does a fantastic job as the restaurant looks nothing like what it is made out to be on line.

Style over substance. Food was basic and did not live up to the decor of the place. Nice for Instagram but the value was not there for food. Staff was nice.

This place is absolutely adorable. Very charming great for a brunch with your best friend or just to relax. The food quality is good a bit on the pricey side. I have made a reservation for our girls brunch and arrived a bit earlier than the appointed time. The hostess seemed a bit confused at the fact that we were early and there were plenty of seats available. Management needs to address that if customers arrive early of their reservation and there's seating, proceed and seat the customers Don't make them wait.
