Once again, your food was amazing! The snapper bites in that light curry sauce is sooooo delicious. Even something as simple as a salad and steamed vegetables was well balanced with flavor and colorful. Everyone enjoyed your food at Spring Meadows Church. Thank you Chef!!!

Nicholas is an authentic chef that goes above and beyond to make your event a special one. In May he catered my son's college graduation dinner and the flavors, ambiance and quality was spot on. Most recently, yesterday he catered my youngest son's baptism at our SDA church and the members continued to rave about the flavors in the food. Not only does he master the art of cooking, he is a pleasant person whom you will want to have as a constant fixture in your family for all celebratory moments. Yes he is now a part of my family and I Thank God for his talent, wit and demeanor. Not to mention his infectious personality. Deliciousness all around.

This is authentic and healthy Caribbean food! Nicholas is truly an artist with his culinary skills and Caribbean flare. My Fiance and I tried a meal prep recipe he had with chickpea curry and salmon and now we want to try all his meals! You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend. All fresh ingredients. Not only is the food fantastic but service and friendliness was exceptional as well. 10/10

We had the family curry chicken with rice, peas, and veggies. It was delicious! Fresh and seasoned perfectly. Definitely will be ordering again.

Everything is cooked with love and happiness. I think the cook be dancing and singing with the way this food makes me dance and sing! Omg!!! 10/10 RECOMMEND! Very delicious and healthy food.

I got a plate ofJerk chicken and rice and peas, to-go! Chef Allmond is a very awsome and knowledgable man! I tried his JERK FRENCH FRIES for the first time!!!! I had dreams a couple nights later about creative Jamaican recipes!!! I noticed that it was because of those flavourful and motivational french fries!!! The rice and peas took me back to prep school! Everything was so Dang great! The Jerk Chicken was nice, fresh, and juicy. The overall plate even had a unique yet untouched flavour. Its hard to explain and worth trying every day! Garnished with love!!!! I gave God Thanks the day that I met this place for many reasons!!!! Thanks!

What an utter disappointment to work with this company. I had high expectations, as we were planning a dual birthday party. Very poor communications, no follow through, scheduled a tasting, they never confirmed or SHOWED UP. Can't leave a message on the phone as mailbox is always full and never respond to texts or things promised. So I'm done with them even though I wanted to give them a chance. Not sure how they are staying in business. Grand failure.
