They served me raw rice. It’s so upsetting it was crunchy, and hard. It ruined the whole meal and it isn’t like it’s cheap so ordering it I expect to be served COOKED food. Its was unevenly cooked some parts softer than others but all of it was hard. I couldn’t finish it, it was the only money I was going to spend on lunch so I had to go hungry.
I honestly love cava and everything always is super fresh. I’ve been back twice within the week and only because the food is great. My first experience wasn’t the greatest as the staff wasn’t very friendly and seemed annoyed to be there when they weren’t playing around yelling at each other and ignoring the customers. Today when I went, it was very busy but the staff was much more pleasant and on top of things. All in all great food a little bit pricey but honestly, I get lunch and dinner out of one bowl.

I love Cava. I'm a big fan of their food because it is always fresh and great for a fast healthy meal when you don't feel like cooking. However this location could work on its service for online orders. There's absolutely no point in ordering online if I still have to wait and speak to an employee to get my food from the back when I arrive. I always try to come a few minutes after my pick up time to prevent this from happening, but it's very frustrating.
