Cava is a national chain. This location is in Winter Park, a suburb a bit north of Orlando. Nearby are a Regal movie theater, a Whole Foods, the Morse museum (with a massive collection of Tiffany glass), and many other, smaller museums and historic homes. Winter Park has tons of flowers, tree-lined streets, lots of cute little shops, and tons of vegan-friendly restaurants. If you're visiting from out of state, Disney and Universal are great, but they're not really in Orlando. (Disney is actually in Lake Buena Vista.) Plan an extra day or two to see Winter Park and downtown Orlando.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. It’s absolutely embarrassing the amount of food they give you for $16. A half of scoop of rice and half a scoop of chicken. The customer next to me said the same thing. The employee said that’s what they are trained to do. Well, you lost a customer today and will never be back.

I love this place! Great flavors, fresh food, lots of combinations to try. The Harissa Honey Chicken is amazing especially if you like spicy. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. Also, the kids meal is a great deal and you don't have to be a kid to order it. : ) If you haven't tried Cava, then GO! If you have, then you already know! Enjoy!
