You can build a custom bowl with rice or greens, several flavors of hummus, falafel, roasted veggies, etc. Affordable, fast, tasty! Lentils are always a little undercooked (on purpose). I don't like them that way, but if you like your lentils a bit "al dente," they might be for you. Cava is a national chain. This location is in Winter Park, a suburb a bit north of Orlando. Nearby are a Regal movie theater, a Whole Foods, the Morse museum (with a massive collection...

I love this place! Great flavors, fresh food, lots of combinations to try. The Harissa Honey Chicken is amazing especially if you like spicy. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. Also, the kids meal is a great deal and you don't have to be a kid to order it. : ) If you haven't tried Cava, then GO! If you have, then you already know! Enjoy!

Parking: Parking is sometimes difficult because it's in a very busy shopping plaza.

My two servers: Cameron and Noah made my bowl perfect!! I’ve never had cava before and not only with Noah adding the toppings but the dish complete was all made by Cameron!! He did wonderful!
