I frequent Chick-fil-a. This one has to be the worst store in the central Florida area. The whole drive-thru is a mess with the two lanes to order, which downsides to one lane at the window. If you use the app to place your order, you will sit in line just that the people who just arrived to place their order, you will save no time by using the app. They have no curb pick-up. They need to fix that site to better serve the customers.

Took out playground area. No reason for me to go back. But since they did construction...I haven't noticed any lines...that could be they moved it off main street or ppl found a better one to go to...I have never had bad food or service there. But it is overpriced and nowhere for my kids to enjoy

This chick fil a has gone completely down the drain. It used to be great but now rude and blase workers have replaced those that actually give a damn.
No accountability, no respect for the customer’s time. Very much amateur hour. I keep giving them chances but there’s only so many times you can deal with poor service. I will make the drive to Oviedo because they’ve always been stellar, like this one used to be.

I work from home so when I went to get my food it was to avoid door dash ridiculous price hikes. I asked for a Market salad with extra grill chicken which you charged me for and i get home with the wrong salad. not happy at all.

Being a person that add or substitute my food order EVERY TIME I can honestly say that chic fil a is the ONLY restaurant that has never messed up my food order and that makes me happy ?
