I am pretty mad today I order a medium waffle fry and got a lot of turtle back ends and small pieces. If it wasn't too hot and the drive wasn't too far I would give everything back. So disgusted today.

The counters and tables were dirty and it wasn’t even busy. I also had a hair in my food that was covered in the plastic top so you could see through it. And somehow they acted like I was inconveniencing them when I pointed it out! Lacked the usual Chick-fila customer service. Since we ordered from the breakfast menu right before it switched to lunch, we got scraps. They didn’t give us the right sauces. Again it wasn’t busy. Food was cold and I would not go back to that location! Also there is no play place for the kids.

This is a pretty great location. The food's always hot and the customer service is impressive, per usual for Chic-fil-A. This particular location tends to get pretty busy and it can be hard to find parking but they always do their best to keep the traffic moving.

Called in a large late take out order the day before for our Lacrosse team and they took great care of us. Food was hot and the kids were happy on the bus ride back to Tampa.

Where are your drive thru entrance signs? Cones everywhere and too many U-turns to go in the correct entrance IF you come in the main entrance that leads you to the parking lot then an exit! Missing the drive through and taking you off property to do iturns to get back in!!!!! makes NO Sense!
