The food was great. I really do love Chili’s, and it is one of my go to spots. The atmosphere was just as nice as it usually is. However, the service was not the best this time. The bartender (I wish I could remember her name) seemed to have an attitude, and I am not sure why. Maybe she was stressed or not having a good day. It could even be me, I am not sure. But I did notice that she was very pleasant with other guests, so I am a little confused about what the issue might have been.
That said, the food itself was excellent, and the overall environment was still enjoyable. I just wish the service had matched the rest of the experience.

We went to have dinner and the hostess said a 15min wait no problem. Then we noticed that people were walking in and they were sitting them down without hesitation. Horrible horrible service and we have been coming here for quite a few years even when they closed down For over a year and reopened and we still came here. Now we felt discriminated. Then on top of that the hostess said the kitchen is backed up. Not good at all. Manager better rise to the expectations and managed correctly and hire correctly. Thank you

Sarah was an amazing Server!! This woman had about 8 tables and she didn't skip a beat. Food was good. Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Request Sarah. She's great
The young lady JAS was horrible. Bad attitude slick and disrespectful mouth. I overheard her tell another employee Hold off on bringing the order out and when I got my food, it was cold. I will be reporting her to Corporate.
