Probably the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been inside of. Food was old and dry, drink station was overwhelmingly littered (so much so that the silverware bins were filled with a mysterious fluid) and tables were all dirty. We came at 8pm, no one else was in the restaurant so the state of the establishment in my opinion is unacceptable. We won’t be back to this location.

The food was so salty that I had to throw it out. I couldnt get any help with my order issue. You cant get any help through the app either, you can only talk to Pepper who is underdeveloped AI.

I’m not sure who’s preparing the brown rice at this location, but it has been unbelievably salty on both of my recent visits. I went once right before Thanksgiving and again today, and both times the rice ruined the entire meal.

Visit #1: I ordered a burrito with brown rice, brought it home, took my first bite—and it was so salty I had to take the whole thing apart just to pick around the rice.

Visit #2: Today I ordered a steak bowl with brown rice, took a few bites, and it was the same problem all over again. I also picked up food for my loved ones, and they had the exact same experience.

This isn’t just “seasoned” or “a little too salty”—it’s genuinely overpowering and makes the food hard to eat.

Please fix the brown rice recipe or reduce the amount of salt. This location is usually reliable, but this issue has now happened twice in a row.

Congrats on finally earning the one star.horrible customer service. Waited 45 minutes after my pick up time for 2 burritos. And the online order still hasn’t been touched. They had no problem taking all the orders who just walked in. And when I question why the walk ins have all been served, I was told “ you could have waited in line. No, I choose to place an order online and pick it up to avoid the line. Had to call to get a refund because they wouldn’t cancel the order there. Hope your business follows the Chicken Guy down the road. We will miss your wonderful customer service. Oh wait, like the burritos, I’m still waiting for that. Poor enough experience to lose my business . Well done

This location needs an immediate management overhaul. It is completely unacceptable.

The restaurant was filthy, from overflowing trash cans to a serving line covered in old food debris that bowls were being slid through. You were out of multiple ingredients (no fajita veggies), and the staff attitude was awful. I was treated with hostility for making simple requests, (asked if i can I get “less” rice met with a whole bunch of grumbling) the employee practically threw my bowl down the line.

This place is gross and poorly managed. Do better.

I don't know what it is about Chipotles but this one was just like every other one I've gone to - DIRTY! There were a dozen employees in there, some standing around talking, and nearly every empty table had crumbs on it - even the tables outside were all dirty. It takes 30 seconds to go wipe off a table, I don't know why this doesn't get done, why for Chipotle this is not something employees are expected to do. I counted when I waited on a friend in the bathroom and could find only 2 tables in the entire restaurant that were crumb-free. Do better. Teach your employees to do this simple thing so people can sit with their food at a clean table.

Place cross contaminated so bad I watched the worker take his glove wipe the counter, then his apron and continued making people's food and handling the items with same gloves meal after meal. Then he gathered up sour cream wiped it on top of his glove and continued making food. They ran out of queso during busy hours. The food was luke warm. The soda area and trash was over flowing not clean and not stocked. The workers seemed like they didn't even want to be there. Worst experience ever. Won't be going back this place is just as bad as Chipotle in orlando off orange Ave.

Disappointing service (Veterans Day, Tuesday). The cashier seemed new or untrained — forgot my nachos, didn’t confirm payment, and didn’t give me a receipt even though it takes seconds to switch the paper roll. It was frustrating when she waved the roll at me and said, “Do you need the receipt?” after I’d already reminded her twice about my nachos. I wasn’t even sure if I had paid because communication was so poor.

The team was clearly struggling. They were shouting, “How long on the steak?” and the person prepping didn’t even respond. A handful of people were waiting for to-go orders with pissed-off faces, and there were still about 15 people in line when I left.

When I worked in food service, I got micromanaged for the smallest things — this was just unprofessional. Poor communication, unorganized workflow, and even food safety issues (I watched someone drop chicken and put it back in a bowl). The staff needs better training and oversight.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Chipotle deserves one — and not in a good way. The customer service here is terrible. Half the employees look high or completely checked out. No one seems to care about the food or the customers. This is an SOS — this store NEEDS HELP. Management, please do something before this place completely falls apart.

Horrible. It was like a 3rd world country. Stale chips, tables were a total mess, all trash cans were so overloaded we had to start stacking trash on the counter. The bathroom had no toilet paper and they were out of every drink besides soda. Not trying to be mean, I just feel like someone should know.
