Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went thru drive thru. I ordered 3 bowls and all 3 bowls were so small. I’ve never gotten so little food in a chipotle bowl. It’s one thing if one bowl is a little off. But not all 3! Had I not driven all the way home, I would have gone in and asked for them to be fixed. I’ll never go to this location again.

They are new and is now my favorite chipotle. The employees here is very nice and on point. Hard working folk. A++

Food: the food is good. They make sure to stay on top of keeping their supply high to avoid going empty.
Service: super nice unlike other locations in central Florida. I hope it doesn’t change because they see nice and they keep the place clean.
Ambiance: typical store with indoor and outdoor seating.
My only complaint is that it is FREEZING inside. It’s like Antarctic in there.

Substantially better in every aspect than the Chipotle at 2903 Colonial.
Fair portions, friendly customer service, a line that moves, and the trash bins are not spilling onto the floor.

This chipotle has been a great addition- the manager Taylor was super helpful when there was a small mistake and was kind and empathetic. Food is always hot, fresh, and readily stocked in the warm bar

I would just wait a little while before coming to this location since it’s new. Everything tasted a little bit off. The chicken was tough and not chopped up, just left as like large chunks. The sour cream smelled like it was going bad. The service was slow but that’s normal for a new store i guess. The portions are TINY.

I visited this new Chipotle location on 10/07 at approximately 6:00 p.m. Upon entering, the atmosphere felt “meh,” not much of a vibe or friendly energy at all. My son and I placed our meals, and since he’s only 8 years old, he took a little longer than a second to order. The first worker in the line, a Black guy with locs, was pleasant and kind to both of us. However, as the line moved down, the experience went downhill.

The second worker in the line was extremely rude, yelling at the first worker for giving me an extra taco shell without even asking if I requested it, which I did. Her attitude was terrible, and I was shocked. She then rushed my son and me down the line, and while making my bowl, she dropped food on the counter, picked it back up, and threw it in my bowl. Disgusting! I asked her to remake the bowl, and her attitude only got worse. She remade it but forgot to add my fajita veggies and almost flung it off the counter to the guy at the register.

At the register, the cashier rang up our order and placed everything in a broken paper bag with 1 handle. When I asked for another bag, since I clearly couldn’t carry that one, the attitude and disbelief I received, as if I had no right to ask, was almost enough to make me walk out without spending a dime. To make matters worse, the food wasn’t even good, and my order was incorrect.

Worst Chipotle experience ever!
