The amount of protein that was served was ridiculous. It almost seems like employees are scared to put a decent amount of meat in the bowl.

It’s only good if you don’t get the rude red headed women. She seems to intentionally under fill the bowl and so clearly hates her job. It’s one thing to hate your job, but it’s something else entirely when she makes it her DUTY to make sure everyone knows she hates her job.

That said, when I go to this location when the redhead is not working, it’s been a relatively good experience.

The redhead girl is extremely rude at the food counter and even makes faces as if everything bothers her. It's a shame that one of my favorite places has people like her.

I had an excellent experience using the Chipotlane for a recent pickup. The entire process was seamless. My order was ready right on time, accurate, and made exactly how I requested, which made the stop quick and stress free.

The highlight of the visit was meeting Taylor Brennan, the location’s Apprentice. Taylor was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. You can tell he puts real intention into every interaction, even those that are meant to be fast. His energy, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience feel personal rather than transactional.

It is clear that Taylor takes pride in both the customer experience and the team he represents. That level of leadership and positivity sets the tone for a great environment and does not go unnoticed. Thank you for going above and beyond and making a simple pickup such a pleasant part of my day.

Ordered online and picked up through the drive through. Food wasn’t ready after 15 minutes of ordering and only 1 person was inside. Was told to pull out of the drive through and wait 5 more minutes. Came back around and the service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Tossed our bag at us and shut the window without even speaking. Very disappointed in our experience!

Helena is a freaking artist she makes the best bowls and is always so sweet. From the times I’ve been to this location the whole store could follow her lead. Somebody needs to make that girl a manager!
