Without any hesitation, these are the best French pastries to eat while passing through Park Avenue.A top-notch welcome, enhanced by the sweet smell of croissants that only reinforces the deliciousness of the dishes on offer!A nice little extra, homemade pancakes are made before your eyes for your greatest pleasure!I recommend 100%.Thanks to Choulala for bringing French know-how across the Atlantic!

Went there this past weekend during the art festival. This place never disappoints. By far the best macarons in Central Florida. My absolute favorite is the salted caramel, amaretto, pistachio, and blueberry cheesecake. The filling and macaroon cookie proportion is perfect. I’m not sure what these other reviews about a foul smell are about because there definitely isn’t one. Always smells clean to me! Their main bakery is on 436 where they make their pastries at and it always smells delightful in there too. Choulala is the perfect dessert spot after a stroll on Park Ave. Highly recommend that you check it out!

Can’t say enough about this place. We went during the March 2024 art festival. We got several deserts and shared. Everyone one of them were delicious. I pairs mine with a cappuccino. Will be coming back and also be buying bulk for parties. Oh, and those small pies ???

Went with my niece on a Saturday afternoon. Gorgeous little bakery with a great menu and coffee too! The place is small but tidy and chic; very "Choulala" for sure. Their staff is so friendly. We ordered a little box of assorted macarons. I had a mocha flavored cold brew. My niece had a hot coffee and we sat outside enjoying a lovely Saturday afternoon. They offer pastries, crepes, gelato... Just take a look at their menu in my pictures. You'll love everything. I'm definitely going to try everything in their menu, so I'll be back!

Saw this place advertised on instagram and decided to try it out. Boy was I not prepared to be robbed blind. This place advertises itself as a “French” pastry shop, but as someone who has actually been to France, I doubt the owner has, I have never once seen such ridiculous prices for baked goods. The cost of a pack of THREE macrons is about enough to buy dinner in some fast food restaurants. The croissant selection looked IDENTICAL to the ones sold at Starbucks for a significantly higher price. As someone who bakes, their desserts look lackluster. The eclairs were spilling outside of their shells and just looked sloppy and unappealing. Workers were nice, but the store itself was small and cramped and felt uninviting. The display case was set up so weirdly, and it made it hard to see the full selection. This experience I was sold online felt like a farce in real life. The price for the lattes and drinks available seemed overpriced for the quality of them. Wasn’t a fan of their syrups used and for some reason they were out of caramel when they weren’t even busy. Overall, the pricing is ridiculous, and I definitely would never spend OVER NINE DOLLARS on THREE measly macrons that don’t even have consistent sizing or color.

I did not recently come here but I just got around to writing this review:This has got to be one of the worst french pastry shops I’ve ever visited. Upon entering the premises we were immediately greeted with a smell so horrible the next time I’d even step in this store I’d have to wear a hazmat suit. Pastry varieties were all over the place. I purchased 3 macarons and was shocked at the price and quality. If a macaron is $3.20 then I expect them to all be decently sized. The blueberry macaron in comparison to any of the other macarons is DIME SIZED. It is so small compared to the others in the display I cannot believe that it wasn’t half priced. I have two children who wanted to try a little bit of everything. I ended up getting them their own scoop of gelato and not a pastry because of the following…My daughter said she wanted a banana tart and as I looked I was instantly appalled as to what I had seen. There was a huge piece of lint on the tart and I directed her attention to the gelatos and sorbets because I didn’t trust the pastries being sanitary. God knows what happens behind closed doors. Employees on the other hand were very kind to me and my children. They made our experience here a little more enjoyable and are the reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars. Again, I would not recommend this place if you actually want high quality pastries. Such a shame that this cute shop is nothing like how it’s portrayed on their social media accounts. Will not be coming back here again.

Only redeemable feature is the people who work here. The food is mediocre and are just boring and dull. Flavors are very bland and sometimes frozen still. Overpriced and kinda has a weird smell coming from the back. Wouldn’t be surprised if they had bugs back there but who knows. Oh and also none of the pastries look anything like the ones in the old pictures here on google everything looks completely different and worse somehow. As a business i’m not too sure how you manage to progress backwards but that’s a question for management. The workers there somehow still provide great service even with the short end of the stick they have been given and hope the best for them cause they were both amazing to me and my son. Son likes the place cause he got a dessert but I know a poorly run business when i see one

Some of the best macrons I have ever had. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants macaroons. The people that work here are also super nice and helpful when you are having a hard time choosing which macaroon to get!!!

I know fine pastries is your thing but the toffee chocolate chunk cookie that I had here yesterday was classic and delicious. Seems like you know your stuff. Thanks for a great experience.

Upon opening the door, you will be greeted by the SUPER potent smell of poor plumbing or lord knows what else... but it's an AWFUL stench. We sat outside and every time someone opened the door, we were blasted with the terrible smell, so we did not stay long. We grabbed 4 desserts to go, and 2 of the 4 were frozen... which indicates that these are not fresh desserts. The cream puff/eclair had crunchy icicles in the cream... the banana pudding portion of the banana cream pie dessert was so frozen we couldn't insert the fork through it, but it didn't matter because once we put the fork into the cream, we realized there were hairs all over the top of it. I cannot believe this place is in business. The smell alone will keep me from ever trying this place a second time.

The pastries and sweet treats here are incredible. Fantastic selection and assortment, they even have gelato! The seasonal selection is also great around the holidays. I will say they are on the pricier side, but the quality is great and I certainly couldn't make some of these items with the care and skill that they do! They got a new espresso machine and I was so excited to try their coffee, but unfortunately AWFUL. They couldn't make the first few items I selected because they didn't have the ingredients and what they created was impressive the worst coffee I have ever had. Stick with the baked goods and I promise you will be happy. Order coffee at your own risk.
