Jack was out awesome waiter for the evening. He was so friendly, professional and efficient. He gave us some good recommendations since we were looking to try some new dishes this time around. This was our 4th visit to Chuan Fu! Quality food!
The food was good and the service was exceptional. Only downside is the parking is horrible due to construction and limited space. If you get lucky and nab a close spot no issues. But be prepared to walk a block or two if not. I had the hot and sour soup,pepper beef and Loved the flavors ( fresh good and spicy pepper) Our group of 5 shared dishes of the Lamb, cucumber salad, ribs, House Rice,and noodles. All were excellent and quickly served.

My friends and I had ordered the cucumber salad the spring rolls the crab roe with tofu and a couple of beef dishes. I sent back the crab roe because I didn’t like it thinking that it was just going to be that specific dish. To my surprise the mao pao tofu that I ordered instead WAS WORSE! Literally all of our main courses had this weird crazy flavor and it was totally inedible. To make matters worse, two hours after eating it we were all feeling nauseous and throwing up and having diarrhea. The customer service was good and all but the food was a no go. I won’t be coming back sadly.

I walked into this place for a pick up order and had to use the restroom, no one was up Front so I headed towards the restroom. I’m also (5 months pregnant) as I came out I proceeded to the front to let the lady know I was here for a pick up and the RUDE lady interrupted me and said next time let her know what I’m doing before I go wondering around the restaurant LOL! Insane. I let her know I was simply just using the restroom and she interrupts me again saying ok but let her know next time ????? Never heard of that before in my life. Been to 1000 restaurants my whole life and I have neverrrrrrrr ever had to let the hostess or whoever know I was using the restroom before I picked up my order. Absolutely insane.
If you’re looking for something that goes beyond the ordinary, this is it. The balance of spice, texture, and aroma is on point every time.

I ate here a couple times while I was on a business trip because it was so good. Their egg drop soup was so unique, with seaweed, bok choy, and tomatoes added, that I was in disbelief about how fantastic it tasted - I ended up ordering it twice.

We had a late night and went here at 9pm. We ordered two beef-based dishes and an egg roll to go. It was absolutely disgusting. The beef was stringy and chewy and had no flavor. The egg rolls were hard as rocks. The food was legitimately inedible and incredibly expensive. So, so disappointed.
Next day update: I am terribly sick. I am having a violent stomach upset reaction to this food and had to leave work.
