Decided to try them out in a recommendation. I am glad we did. It is great food, staff was friendly and approachable, and the restaurant was clean. Wish I had room for more food. We will definitely be back for more.

Was surprised by the quality of the food! Got the "not a sloppy joe" and their Mac & cheese. The bread couldn't handle the sauce, but I didn't mind forking up the meat and putting it in my Mac and cheese.
My only complaint was there was a weird smell but the fountain drinks, which happens to be the wall opposite the restrooms. Idk if they're connected but that definitely needs to be fixed

By far the best BBQ in Orlando. Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, possibly in the US. I was blown away by how good this was. Found it randomly and will be coming back twice a week.

I don't normally write reviews…but if you haven’t been here, you are missing out. This location is seriously awesome!! Terisha and everyone behind the counter alway go above and beyond my expectations every time i come. I am always left with a huge smile on my face. The food is always amazing and super fresh. There really isn't an item on the menu i don’t like. (I highly recommend the ribs & pitmaster nachos 🤤)
The warm welcoming atmosphere & staff always make the trip so worth it. I highly recommend this place!!

City Barbeque in Winter Park is, without a doubt, an exceptional place to enjoy authentic BBQ. My experience was incredible, starting with the attention of the staff, who were extremely professional and, in addition, several of them spoke Spanish, which made communication easier and improved the service even more.
I asked the person in charge of cutting the meats to make a fine cut, and he did it impeccably and with great dedication. I was delighted with both the unmatched flavor of the meat and the attention provided.
It is a relief and a joy to have such a good barbecue place in Orlando, with quality and flavor that competes with the best places in Texas. City Barbeque not only offers great food, but also top-notch customer service. Highly recommended and I will definitely return!

Put this place in your rotation for dinner out! I have always been a stalwart Bubbalous fan, but City sure gives them a run for their money IMO. Food was HOT (double points). St. Louis ribs were so dang tender, and mac-n-cheese and green beans were so good. Brisket was by far some of the most tender we’d ever had. Garlic bread was a warm, soft pillow of goodness. Highly recommend!

On July29th , 2024. I was eating collard greens that I ordered with a sampler. As I began to eat my collard greens, I realized I was chewing on a metal wire twist that's usually found on a loaf of bread, etc. This was a deal breaker for me. Like I almost swallowed it. I returned to the restaurant and informed the manager Cody. He offered a fresh order of collards. I accepted. However, I still didn't feel right. I reached out to corporate and informed support of my experience. They promised to have someone to follow up, and they did, offering me more food. Food doesn't compensate for my experience and potential throat injury or worse. I reached out again by text and calls. Haven't heard anything else, and now I will be taking legal action and sharing the photos and videos on social media. City BBQ must be held accountable. I frequent this place and try to support it at least twice a week. This could have been my child or mother, and I take this very seriously.
Great food for a great price! So full after my stop! It was worth it. Top notch service from Lily too! Ask for her!
