Very disapointed in my order. I got a everybodys ice cream with double cookie dough and reeses with marshmallows added. There was about two bites of cookie dough in the whole ice cream, a spoon full of marshmallows, and maybe two reeses in the whole ice cream.

I really like this location,it is always super clean and friendly staff ,but my issue is for whoever manages this location/owns this location.This last Friday 3/15/24 at around 230 pm I bought two "gotta have it " ice creams mixes. Although the ice cream was made very well. It was disappointing to see the one young man working by himself. He was managing working here by his self on a Friday afternoon. He did a really good job and had a great attitude but that is besides the point he should not be working there by himself.Even if they are short staff , someone should have came to help him . I don't know if he is a manager but he should be with his great customer service even with doing all orders by himself.He was doing in store orders, mobile orders and ringing up customers by himself,But at the end the day he shouldnt have too.I hope in the future this store has more help for there employees so they won't get burnt out .

As soon as walked in this place the lady at the counter asked if I’m picking up as if I was a delivery driver or something…. Then when it was time to order she walked away and had to wait until the other guy took my order. The product is nothing great, Baskin Robbin’s way better !

The place is always empty when I drive by. Today I had a craving for the smallest portion, kid cone size of rocky road. When I entered the staff were engaged in their own convo. When I looked at the selection for a few moments I was greeted and asked what they could serve me. They didn't really have what I was looking for so I said thank you and they both walked away to the back. I then spotted something new I was interested in trying (the almond milk almond joy) since they walked away while I was still (the only customer) in the store I figured it was a sign that I didn't need it. I gave it an average review based off of the chain, selection of flavors and cleanliness. If I have kids with me or am craving I move cream I'll drive a bit further into Winter Park and get something from one of the friendlier shoppes where customer service matters.

It's a bit dependent on who is working the counter as to how good your ice cream is, but there is one girl there who is amazing and always makes the best ice cream (if I catch her name next time I'll update my review. I only remember that she is from Puerto Rico). Whoever makes it has to have the strength to really mix things up. The German Chocolate Cake might be the best ice cream I've ever had. It's so good.

I recently tried Cold Stone's Sweet Cream ice cream with brownie and rainbow sprinkle toppings, and it was a delightful treat! The Sweet Cream ice cream was incredibly smooth and had a perfect balance of sweetness. The brownie chunks added a rich, chocolatey indulgence that complemented the creamy base so well. Cold Stone is still serving up the same yummy mixed-in ice cream treats that my kids grew up with, and it's fun to come back for that nostalgia. My family and I stopped by for our go-to favorites, and they didn't disappoint. Service was excellent, and we enjoyed our ice cream inside that had just enough comfortable seating for several guests.
