Whoever was working at the Winter Park location on August 31st at 7pm seemed to think they could just add whatever ingredients they wanted to my online order and completely messed it up, while serving the most minuscule amount of chicken I’ve ever received in an order from this place. Asked for jalapeños and got maybe two slices, bacon and got a couple crumbs, and was loaded with kale that I didn’t even ask for while leaving out the toppings I specifically wanted. What happens when you decide to sub random ingredients without telling someone and they happen to have a food allergy? Won’t be coming back, I’ll stick to Fresh Kitchen.

The atmosphere is basic, but when you want something healthy (salads or spinach/kale shakes) this is the place!

Great service and atmosphere. The price is exorbitant and my potatoes were closer to raw. The strawberry smoothie taste like they blended a single strawberry with water and pea protein. The acai was very good though.

Great service, overpriced and underwhelming salads and teas in a spartan environment

I’ve gone here once before and enjoyed it so I invited a friend to meet me here Saturday since we’re both trying to eat healthier. I ordered the Sunny Honey Picnic and halfway through realized the glob of goat cheese was expired/rotten as it had a pungent smell & taste. I went inside to discreetly share this to avoid anyone from getting sick and standed there for awhile unattended, finally was asked and they checked the expiration date and offered me a new cheese with no explanation. I shared I was almost done with my meal and ingested half of it already and wanted to make sure no one else got expired cheese served to them which they responded: “I got ya”. I would imagine the customer service to be more reflective of the price point and expired food to be taken a bit more seriously. Gave an opportunity for management to rectify and they were responsive but didn’t remedy it in the way I would expect. When this place is good, it’s great, but not worth the risk - open to trying another location though!

I’ve been here many times and the service has always been great, except for Saturday. The employee taking my order was straight up rude! Didn’t greet me, didn’t ask if I was dining in, didn’t ask if I wanted my bowl as is or mixed. Charged me $5 extra bucks because I subbed out the shrimp for chicken. I explained that I’ve subbed protein many times before and was not charged extra. She responded with a condescending tone. Called her manager over (manager didn’t apologize or say anything to me) paid for my meal as the employee walked away. She didn’t say thank you or give me a receipt. Terrible customer service skills. Needs better training or a new job.

If you’re constantly trying to keep up with all of the new and popular up and coming food places in Orlando, look no further! With all of the quick service food options in Orlando, it’s hard to find establishments that are quick, delicious, nutritious, and affordable. I recently went to Crisp & Green for the first time and they checked every single box. From the streamline assembly of your salad and the refreshing Agua Frescas to the service and atmosphere, I was more than impressed with my experience. I just moved into the area and if I’m craving a quick and healthy bite this is my go to. Definitely a place everyone needs on their radar.

Probably one of the very few places where you can still get fresh and healthy, not ultra-processed food. Clean facility, professional staff, and delicious meals.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this was terrible. A salad that costs almost 25$ should be a little better in terms of the quality of the cooked food and the amount of vegetables in the bowl. Not worth the money!

New in the completely revamped Winter Garden Village. Crisp & Green is one of my go to places for lunch. Great selection of salads and bowls. Try the Chicken, Bacon Ranch salad and grab a green tea! The Thai and Stop Me is a great seasonal salad.Outside seating is perfection and they have tables with umbrellas so you don’t fry in the afternoon sun.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and vegetarian options. Parking is a breeze during the week. Weekends get a bit busy.
