We had the chef's special; lamb with garlic mashed potatoes n asparagus. It was slow to come out but our server apologized n said a fan was out in the kitchen. It wax our anniversary and we were offered complimentary champagne or dessert. Delectable!
Great time with new friends. The server was able to make vegetable substitution on their specialty plate and it came out fantastic!

This was our first visit to Cru Quarters.
Really nice ambience.
My wife and I ordered a number of things and shared them.
Everything was so delicious.
Jada took wonderful care of us.
Cru offers an open, airy atmosphere with the perfect balance of class and comfort. Impeccably clean and well-maintained, it impresses with fast, attentive service and a focus on detail. The food is fresh and flavorful, making it a great spot for those seeking a relaxed yet refined dining experience.
It was all delicious. The corn ribs were particularly good as we're deserts. Bread was tasty.
Great food, service, atmosphere. On the Mayflower retirement community but open to the public.
We dined here for bite 30 the fixed price menu event in Orlando in June. Made a reservation to make sure we had a seat. We were promptly seated when we arrived at 6:30 but then waited 15 minutes for waitress. She took our drink orders and those took another 10 minutes to arrive. Slow service can be forgivable if the food is good, but this was not. The eggplant appetizer was mushy. My shrimp tagliatelle was so overcooked that yhe pasta was broken. My husband’s chicken dish was flavorless. Lemon tart was gummy and inedible. It took them an hour and a half to serve us our meal. We will not be back.
We found out about this restaurant through their participation in Bite 30. Excellent menu and great value for the price.
Came for the BITE 30 Menu vegetarian options. Amazing ambiance. All of the staff was very friendly. Vegetarian options include Moscato, peaches, corn, ribs, eggplant as appetizers. She's agnollotti is the only entree in bite 30 that's vegetarian. Cream crulee was really good. Partner got fish dip as the entree and the shrimp lemon pasta and the lemon tart as a dessert. Reservations required ahead of time. The scene was mainly older who were extremely friendly. No cash or Amex.
Everything was delicious!! We ordered the moscato peaches snd the corn ribs for entry, amazing flavors, then the filet mignon and the shrimp
Tagliatelle simply delicious and to end the night we had a tiramisu and lemon meringue tart!!! Drinks: mayflower margarita and key lime pie martini, I will
Come back!!

Since this is a newer restaurant in the area we thought we'd check them out for Bite 30. A fixed price menu event that takes place in the orlando area in June. Appetizer, entree, dessert for $35. Made a reservation to make sure we could get seated. We were surprised to find this restaurant is in a retirement community which explains the 8 pm closing time. We arrived on time and waited 15 minutes for our server to appear. She took our drink orders and we waited another 10 minutes for those to arrive. The service was slow the entire evening which might be forgivable if the food is good but it wasn't. Eggplant appetizer was mushy, the shrimp scampi tagliatelle was under seasoned and way overcooked; it should not have left the kitchen. The pasta was broken. My husbands chicken piccata was flavorless. The lemon tart was so gummy I could not eat it and the gelati was actually flavorless ice cream. It took them an hour and a half to serve us a sub par meal. I guess they cater to the seniors in the community. We will surely not dine there again.
All was very good except for the fact our waitress was having an off night. Our orders were not put in at the same time so food came out staggered. The manager was aware and very respectful/apologetic, making it up to us. He was to speak with the waitress about her service.
Came for bite 30 to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the experience from start to finish. This hidden gem definitely delivered as far as service, food, cocktails and ambiance. We will be back! If you have not tried it, you are missing out!
Cru Quarters at Mayflower Retirement We loved our experience at Cru Quarters over the weekend. The facility is really nice and has multiple seating areas and experiences (main, outdoors, kitchen area, pizza bar, cocktail bar, etc.). They also have a killer theater room and game area you can rent out. Keep in mind this is a retirement home and they are not open too late. Chef Patrick trained at Le Cordon Bleu and was executive chef at Antonio's Maitland for almost a decade. We had dinner in the main dining room and were served by Melina who was lovely and spent a lot of time with the sommelier, Chelsea. There are two sommeliers there (Chelsea and Elvis, also dining manager) and another in training. We opted to go rogue and off the Bite 30 menu and try a bunch of items all paired with wine. They had a unique and extensive wine list and can also curate flights as well. Appetizers: Complimentary Bread and Olive Oil - this was SO good. It's also the same as their pizza crust so I'm coming back for the pizza soon! Corn Ribs - these were really different and we loved them. It has a delicious spice and cut in a way where you can eat off the cob - but it's messy so grab an extra napkin and get your nails done afterwards, not before. Moscato Peaches - ? A wonderful appetizer and really unexpected. They are not sweet and more of a marinated flavor. The blend with the cheese is so good. Mains: Scallops - these were delicious. They were perfectly cooked and a nice portion. The sauce with the potatoes was excellent too. Lobster ? Ravioli - jam packed with lobster and the most amazing sauce. We sopped it up with bread and other items. The only feedback I had here was to thin out the pasta a bit. I'd definitely get these again. Desserts - we couldn't decide and they were out of the popular lemon option: Berries and Amaretto Cream - this was my favorite. Keep in mind it's not sweet. I liked the coconut and shaved nuts with the fresh berries and delicious...
I was not sure what to expect from this place since its location seems a bit unconventional. But I was pleasantly surprised on a new refreshing take and scenery. The servers were nice and attentive and the food was delicious. They're are price extremely well for the area.
