Custom Cakes near Winter Park, FL

“This is a belated review, but back in late November of 2022 I had a somewhat last minute request for a custom cake for my husband and his twin sister Sylvia’s 60th Birthday that was on December 4th. It was to be a surprise for them and I wanted it to be extra special. I reached out to Dan and expressed to him my ideas and he accommodated them perfectly and beautifully. The cake was covered with photos of them together through the years. I will never forget how truly special the cake was and what it meant to my husband Ed and his sister Sylvia. What I didn’t express at the time was that my sister-in-law had been recently diagnosed with metastatic cancer and I realized how extra special this Birthday would be. Sadly, we lost her shortly after her 61st Birthday on December 16, 2023. I just want to thank you whole heartedly for being kind and considerate, providing incredible customer service, and of course, for making a very special cake for a very special occasion. “I was on the hunt to find amazing cake for my wedding. I emailed about 25 different vendors in Orlando and I ended up choosing I&M Bakers! I loved the quick communication, the thorough emails (which showed me they cared), I LOVE the way they set up the tasting box, lastly, I love their professionalism. My cake decor was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I could not choose between 2 different cake designs and Ianna mentioned that they can merge both designs! I was SO happy! I trusted her instantly! Then, she sent us the sample and we were so in love. On the wedding day, it was even more beautiful. Not to mention the taste, unfortunately my husband and I did not get to taste it but ALL the guests i spoke to LOVEDDD it and ate every piece. “Saw this place courtesy of TikTok and finally got to try it today. My boyfriend got rainbow cookie pastries and two sweet buns that he loved. I had the Grapefruit Lemon Juice and an order of wonton dumplings in soup. That juice was FRESH and tasted so good, especially on a day like today. The wonton dumplings in soup were perfect and really quite filled with pork and shrimp. The broth and greens were a great finish too. All in all, definitely heading back.“

“I love this location, always have a good experience here. Today especially though, they made my day. I've been sick and really wanted some ice cream to help my throat and just have something sweet because it's been a rough week. My boyfriend went to the Winter Park location first since it was closest to his job after he got off work. The girl working there was being petty about my order and messed it up. He then came here and told them what happened. They remade my order right and it may seem like such a small thing but it meant a lot for me. Thank you!“

“My family and I were here 2 weeks ago and were helped my Aiden (whos in training). A note for management: PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE WHEN HIS TRAINING PERIOD IS OVER! It was absolutely packed in there, I’m talking line out the door. It was loud, there were so many orders, and even through all of that Aiden was so incredibly kind and helpful. I won’t lie, we were alot. My little brother was asking for a bunch of samples, not once was Aiden annoyed or anything, he even helped my brother decide. My stepmom is a little bit hard to understand sometimes because of her accent but he made sure to get all of the orders right. I mean I cant say enough good things about him. He truly was great and unfortunately you dont see much of that with kids his age anymore- hes one of the best!“
