Received a Sharis Berries set for Mother’s Day. The delivery person left them at my front door, did not knock or ring the doorbell to let us know.we were home. By the time we noticed the delivery the berries were infested with ants. Super disappointed. I have been trying to call since 5/05 to let this location know and the phone just rings. No answer.

I ordered Easter decorated chocolate covered strawberries from Shari's Berries, this location fulfilled the order. The photo speaks for itself, on the left is what I ordered, on the right is what I received. What the photo doesn't show is that the "chocolate" this place uses isn't chocolate at all. I am not expecting Belgian quality chocolate but this doesn't even come close to Hershey's chocolate or anything of the kind. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Shari's Berries again as long as they are using this place.

Ordered what I thought according to the picture was a beautiful fruit and chocolate filled birthday bouquet only to find that it was quite the opposite... not nearly the amount of fruit as well as no rhyme or reason how it was put together... clearly they have no idea how to create fruit bouquets skimped on the fruit and chocolate...I was horrified when I saw a picture of what I paid $107 for.... very disappointed, never again.

They dropped off at my house on 05/02/2020. They just left on front porch . No phone call, email, text, nothing. I was not home. I returned home on 05/04/2020 to spoiled disgusting fruit on my front porch. Now they won’t answer the phone. This is horrible.
