Lady had a hard time hearing through drive-thru speaker. Still had issues when I got to the window. Ordered a croissant stuffef and notice she was overcharging me. I asked her and she said that she didn’t. When the food and receipt was handed to me by someone else, she had charge me for a different item. He took the food back and brought the right one. I asked him about the price difference and he said “she’ll take care of that”. She came to the window and said “what is it”? I told her that she over charged me, and her response was “what you want me to do? I can’t do a refund, you’ll have to come back maybe tomorrow”. All of this while having a nasty attitude! I was already late for an appointment so I left. Horrible customer service!

The two women working the drive-thru this morning were unbelievably rude for no reason. I ordered one latte, said “please” and “thank you,” and still got silence, attitude, and a nasty “pull forward.” Their energy was so dark that I didn’t even feel comfortable paying for and accepting my drink, so I pulled out of the line and went somewhere else and they stared me down the entire time. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Two employees were EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She had a problem hearing my order through the drive-through speaker. I repeated myself twice, when I receive my order, she missed two shots of candy bar to put into my coffee I know this because on my receipt it only said two creams and nothing else was added so when I went to go back around to the drive-through window to ask her if she could add a candy bar shots She said NO because she didn’t hear me order it through the drive-through, She then had her manager come to the window. She was just as rude as she was lied to me, saying they added the candy bar shots handed my coffee back to me and of course, I was not surprised to find out they did not add the shots all I have to do is taste the coffee I’m not stupid. This may sound so minuscule to most it’s the point if they just would have been nice common courtesy goes a long way I would’ve ignored them failing to add the two shots of candy bar.

Walk in, no one but the person at the register ( no customers in the building but me), the woman at the register was talking to the other worker, about money. Never said hi, no, I will be right with you, nothing. I waited. Then she had to discuss more with the other cashier, then held up a finger to me and that was it. So I walked out.

I received no greeting at the counter. I was about to order some donuts for my work crew but decided to wash my hands first. As I walked back to the restroom area, the hallway smelled like the restrooms haven't been cleaned in weeks and both doors were locked with out of order signs on them. I promptly exited the building.

This Dunkin’ Donuts employees this morning likes to gaslight their customers into overpaying wasting peoples time and then laugh about After having me wait at the counter like an after having me wait at the counter like an idiot for the refund, I knew I was being overcharged for!! wasting peoples time and money. Which is such a terrible shame because this is my frequent Dunkin and the usual staff during the weekdays never treats me like this. Shameful

I really never leave bad reviews but this Dunkin just straight up robbed me? I ordered a dunkalatte, paid for it, and was given a mocha. When I went in to have it corrected, I was told they didn’t have the coffee milk. No problem, I just want a refund, there’s not anything else on the menu I want. The employee told me that she can’t refund me. Ok, so why not tell me you don’t have what I want before charging me?? And wym you can’t refund me?? What is the difference between this and robbery. I left without my money or what I ordered. Worst customer service interaction of my life as someone who has worked in customer service for years.

First time trying this location and they should be ashamed. The workers are so rude and sounds annoyed that you’re there. The donuts also tasted old. Dunkin’ Donuts is going to go bankrupt soon if they allow their locations to be like this.
