This Dunkin’ Donuts employees this morning likes to gaslight their customers into overpaying wasting peoples time and then laugh about After having me wait at the counter like an after having me wait at the counter like an idiot for the refund, I knew I was being overcharged for!! wasting peoples time and money. Which is such a terrible shame because this is my frequent Dunkin and the usual staff during the weekdays never treats me like this. Shameful

I really never leave bad reviews but this Dunkin just straight up robbed me? I ordered a dunkalatte, paid for it, and was given a mocha. When I went in to have it corrected, I was told they didn’t have the coffee milk. No problem, I just want a refund, there’s not anything else on the menu I want. The employee told me that she can’t refund me. Ok, so why not tell me you don’t have what I want before charging me?? And wym you can’t refund me?? What is the difference between this and robbery. I left without my money or what I ordered. Worst customer service interaction of my life as someone who has worked in customer service for years.

First time trying this location and they should be ashamed. The workers are so rude and sounds annoyed that you’re there. The donuts also tasted old. Dunkin’ Donuts is going to go bankrupt soon if they allow their locations to be like this.

When I walked in the place looked beautiful. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays very cheery and then I was greeted by one of the most happiest friendliest person named Yajaira, she was friendly and bubbly and wished me a happy St. Patrick's Day as I did to her. Her service was impeccable. I wish everybody provided the type of service and friendliness that she provided to me. I would definitely return and I hope Dunkin donuts keeps her there as long as she wants to be there!!!

We LOVE our Aloma location Dunkin'. We ALWAYS have exceptional Service, great food & delicious coffee. This is our one and only Dunkin' that we will go to! Fantastic all around!!
I asked if they had dark roast available. She said yes. But instead I was given just a regular cofffee with an espresso shot. Dark roast is not higher in caffeine, just bolder in flavor. I can’t have expresso right now because it makes my heart jumpy. I would rather you have told me no we don’t have it. Dark Roast has less caffeine, not more. You shouldn’t be giving people coffee with expresso in place of dark roast. You should be consulting with your Dunkin chain on what to do. If I had a heart condition, an espresso shot could have triggered a heart attack. This should be taken seriously. Please fix this before you hurt someone.

food, service, atmosphere EVERYTHING.. horrible. oh my goodness i have been a loyal customer to dunkin for YEARS, this year will now be my last. I came in 5 minutes after placing a mobil order and went to use the bathroom(disgusting and dirty bathroom) and when i came out 5 more mins later, i asked where my food is politely only to find out they still haven’t made it. after that they didn’t apologize or anything they proceeded to do another order that came after me, i said mine came in 15 mins ago maam.. she ignored me and then went to take a drive thru order. after 20 mins she slowly placed my order on the counter one by one and here were the results of my food i was so excited to eat. keep in mind i spent 10$ on lunch in this economy for this. do yall see the muffin?!?.. sorry i mean CUPCAKE. my pumpkin spice with ESPRESSO is quite literally just filled with milk. such lazy rude and dirty employees spreads so much negativity into the community, i wonder how many people they do this to that could’ve saved their money.

DD used to be my favorite coffee place but for the past few years everything has changed. Bad service, wrong food, never able to hear well through drive thru among other things. What is wrong with employees? They are really moving on donkeys. This is my first review for DD because I have tried to give them a chance, but enough is enough. I will never go to DD again.

I came through drive-thru and I seen the a lady in a blue shirt. She was so nice and then a lady in a black shirt came and made my drink. I had ordered a strawberry refresher and she asked me should I have lemonade or green tea? And I chose green tea and it was so awesome it made right there. Oh my God I constantly has to come there. It's so wonderful to be there. They were so nice so I came inside. I gave him a tip and I seen the cook. It was so clean in the back. Oh God, it smells so good when I walked in the store. I recommend everybody to come here for breakfast
