Drive thru was extremely rude - I had to drive to a different dunkin' because the guy was straight up just being mean.
Better to go to a different location - this one is always empty and staff is terrible.

understaffed, food was gross and my matcha didn’t even taste like matcha. I asked the barista to froth it more and they just stirred it with a spoon and every sip was just straight matcha powder. you’re better off going to Starbucks or another location
