I was the only vehicle in the drive thru and it took nearly 20 minutes to get my 2 drinks. Staff wasnt really friendly or attentive. Waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to answer the loud speaker just to be told it'll be a moment. Got to the window and wasnt greeted for a few more minutes, guy asked if it was a mobile order, I said no and then waited another 10 minutes or so for our drinks which were made incorrectly. There was a 2nd employee there that want really doing much. This store looks to need new management and more employee, id guarantee anyone visiting and being taken care of that way will pass this location up in the future. After that amount of time they didnt even offer to comp a drink...

The service is beyond slow especially through the drive-thru. You literally wait for about 10 minutes. Either they are understaffed or the workers are not trained to provide fast service. I think they need a better system. They weren't like this years ago. Maybe management changed...Idk but they need to get it together.

This is my first time at this location and my first time in the area. I been eating this meal deal since it’s been out and I have never gotten bacon this burnt and also the croissant this burnt. This what I get for using the drive thru… Hashbrowns and coffee are perfect it this croissant is UNACCEPTABLE

This dunkin customer service is below service level, The workers look and act like they don’t want be there. I’ve never felt welcomed walking into the store. I’d head to drive thru to place an order. The drinks look like they’d been sitting for daysss and a sticker is just slapped on the drink. Presentation is horrible and i’ve been a dunkin customer for 10 years +. I’ve never experienced anything like it, i really hope this review can reach someone that can make a change for this store. Today is my last day going to this location!

Some how this dunkin was out of iced coffee at 10:39am… whatever that means. Pretty terrible service any time I’ve tried going here. I’d skip this location if I were you.
