I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Dunkin’ Donuts. The blonde Spanish woman that was in drive thru lack of professionalism, poor attitude, and complete disregard for customers was unacceptable. I was treated rudely, my concern was ignored, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and proper service, and this experience was far from that. This visit left me frustrated and upset, and it seriously makes me question whether I will return or recommend this location to anyone.

The 2 young guys that work on Thursday afternoons and the black women that works in the mornings with the pretty nails are phenomenal they are always friendly, on time, and very courteous. Their Customer service needs to be studied. I appreciate your service you make every visit worth it thank you for being so awesome and have a happy holidays.

I come here often and have to say that the gals in the drive thru are the sweetest warmest and professional employees I've encountered at a fast food restaurant ..I finally asked their names ..Luce and Kat ... they are gems .. thank you for always being so welcoming in the mornings! Recognize those two in some way!! Love the pumpkin donut!! And keep that breakfast meal deal .. we love it!

Customer service always leaves a lot to be desired. Attempted to place an order not too long ago and there were literally roaches coming out of the window.
I was the only vehicle in the drive thru and it took nearly 20 minutes to get my 2 drinks. Staff wasnt really friendly or attentive. Waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to answer the loud speaker just to be told it'll be a moment. Got to the window and wasnt greeted for a few more minutes, guy asked if it was a mobile order, I said no and then waited another 10 minutes or so for our drinks which were made incorrectly. There was a 2nd employee there that want really doing much. This store looks to need new management and more employee, id guarantee anyone visiting and being taken care of that way will pass this location up in the future. After that amount of time they didnt even offer to comp a drink...
