Every time I come here, theres something. They get my order wrong, or I wait 20 minutes for ONE coffee, or my coffee tastes nasty. Its just not the Dunkin I recommend.

Donuts taste fresh and the drinks were made just right.
I went through the drive thru and who ever was taking my order forgot to mute his microphone off. He was mocking my voice , he was making fun of my voice, made fun of how I ordered my drink. I heard people laughing in the background …it was just an embarrassing feeling. After he realized I heard him …. No apologies just asked me if I still wanted my drink. I’ve called the store to complain nobody got back to me. I called again last week and surprisingly a manager answered the phone. That manager was a complete douchebag! Trying to tell him the story and he kept saying ok…ok…okkk. Didn’t bother asking what day and time this happened till I mentioned something. And I’m actually convinced it was him that made fun of me or he was laughing alongside with the guy that made fun of me. Go to the dunkin that’s on university those people are awesome! This place sucks

I worked at Dunkin' Donuts for about a year and a half so i'm writing this review with as much empathy and understanding as I can. This is my usual Dunkin' since I've gone to school at Full Sail for the past few months. I've never felt inclined to write a bad review but for the past 5 times that I've been to this place they have given me very little whipped cream/cold foam on top of my drinks and when I asked them for more they roll their eyes and give me attitude with the rest of my order. Also, everytime I have ordered food it has come out cold, or with very little hash browns or bacon. I hope that this shop can do better.

Ordered a hot coffee, employee double checked I wanted hot coffee, brought out room temp coffee.
Asked for a cold brew, received an ice coffee. Also bring back the tip jar.

Ordered a toasted bagel and it was cold and hard. Ordered a $5 signature latte and it was basically all cream and sugar. This location is awful I Ordered through the app 2 bagels and 2 coffees and it took 10 minutes and it all came out disgusting. Zero stars.
