Einstein Bros. Bagels

This is the best Einstein Bagels in the area. Food quality, service and atmosphere all top notch. The best part is Tasha. She is amazing, makes sure the orders are accurate well made and the customers are happy. Tasha's personality makes my day also with her smile and attitude when I walk in the door.

Super expensive place for bagel. This is the only place I know that will charge you $1.20 (extra) to put a little butter on the bagel. This was my first time here, and I thought this was a highway robbery. I can understand if they charge this much for cream cheese, but cream cheese I think they charge over $2.00 (extra). Lol... It could be that the butter is imported from China and this is the tariff added to the cost.

Comparing this with their competitor Panera Bread, their bagels are also fresh and much cheaper - and NO charge for butter, and for cream cheese they charge 60 cents.

I have been a reward member of Panera since 2004.
This could be the reason that today, Panera has over 2,500 branches nationwide, whereas Einstein Bagel I believe has only 700 nationwide. They are more like mom and pop shop.

What a Dump ! I used to love Einstein Bagels years ago . I visited this place a week ago and I was so disappointed! They didn't even know how to make an ice coffee! The service was horrible! The cashier acted like he didn't wanted to be there. The place is too old, in desperate need of renovation. The coffee on the counter was so light that when I added the milk it tasted like dirty water. The manager gave me coupons for a free sandwich to get me to go back but NO WAY! That was my last time at Einstein Bagels. Too bad because years ago I was a regular customer. Not anymore!

I picked up 3 dozen bagels from this Winter Park location for a corporate meeting. It was the perfect food to bring for a corporate meeting.Tasha and Gwen (pictured) did a stellar job helping me with my order, from making great recommendations to getting everything packed up and ready on time. Excellent service. I’ll definitely be back for future events.

The service here is great! Ms Gwen recognizes my husband and I when we come to get food before I go to work around 6 am. She always has the warmest smile and has our food ready when she sees us. The customer service she provides is top noch. Tasha also gives great service and is always very friendly to us when we order to go. Thank you 😊💗

I live close to this Einstein’s and love going there almost every day! I usually just get coffee, but the people who work there are so pleasant that I look forward to seeing them each day! I’m disappointed that they discontinued their power bagels, but at least they still have their hazelnut-vanilla coffee! I’m glad I live so close so I can go frequently!

Here and there I’ll visit an Einsteins for a bagel sandwich of some sort- they can be very enjoyable sometimes.

Unfortunately, this one lacked in being memorable. The sandwich I got had egg white, avocado and tomato, and it barely tasted like any. I know those ingredients aren’t super flavorful to begin with but you can still put together a great sandwich with them and this just wasn’t it.

The store itself was dirty and not kept well- one of the canvas prints on the wall had a tear through it like someone took a knife and sliced it for fun..

But, the one shining spot were the workers. All of them were super friendly, with good spirits and kind smiles!
