F&D Woodfired Italian Kitchen

I have been to this restaurant 3 times. While the food is good, all 3 times I have ordered off of the Happy Hour menu, and all 3 times I have gotten home and read the receipt and was charged full price for the happy hour items. I should've reviewed while I was there, but that doesn't change the fact that 100% of my visits have been upcharged when I should not have been. Although the food is very good, I am hesitant to return for a 4th time. 3 strikes you're out. Ya'll need to get it together!

The food is delicious. We’ve been coming for years and it’s never a miss. It’s one of the most consistent restaurants that I’ve found in Winter Park. My family loves our server Kristin. She’s the best! She is always so nice and my kids love her. Besides the lasagna being the best in town she’s a big reason we keep coming back. Sangria is also stellar my wife and I order it everytime. Check them out you won’t regret it.

Food is lack luster. The marinara was smoky. Not sure if it had been burnt and simply had a smoky taste due to that? But... I really want to love this place as it's close to my house, so super convenient. They use homemade (courtesy of Trevi) pasta, but I'm disappointed every time. The mozzarella sticks taste previously frozen, the marsala is unlike any marsala I've ever had (not in a great way), marinara was smoky. Pepperoni pizza is the only thing I'd order again.

We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Food is great from appetizers, to pizza, to entrees! Prices are reasonable as well. Especially love the mussels and sangria!
Craig is a very friendly and professional waiter. He welcomes us by name and makes us feel at home! We highly recommend the Italian Kitchen.

Craig, Kristen and the entire team at F & D always make sure every visit is a five star experience ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My fave dishes at the moment are the mussels and the fig & prosciutto pizza (this pizza is so yummy that I’ll even eat it cold — which I never do).

My party of 4 including myself came here last night and we've been to their other locations before and we had the most splendid experience with the food services and atmosphere we were very happy with the experience then we came here.... service took quite a bit we waited just about 10 minutes or so to be spoken to then seated just to wait another 7 to be approached and asked if we were ready to order we got a pizza and 3 different pastas and when we finally did we noticed how dry and old the pasta was and it was nowhere near the exceptional quality we were used to, the pizza was just fine but the 3 pastas were kind of disgusting we still ate it as we were hungry and it took so long to get the food, aswell as our waiter not hearing that one of our party members ordered breaded chicken with it so later we received that and got a apology for it and it was taken off the bill witch was one of the few redeeming things that occurred. We ate and left very little to no tip overall it was not satisfactory at all. Later the next day we find out one of our party members threw up much of what they ate from the restaurant for a few hours. Not a good experience at all please go to the other locations until this one gets their act together.

Have been coming to the place for a while and they always keep high standards while creating italian dishes. They absolutely have no rival for lasagnas. Best ever ever. Prosciutto pizza are upscale and meetballs have no comparison. Shutout to our server Gloriana, we loved her, excellent customer service skills. Thank you guys

The ambiance is EVERYTHING!! You can taste the freshness of the fettuccine. The sauces were superb. Come again and again to taste the menu! Craig is the BEST!!
