I had high hopes for Financier Patisserie based on the enticing photos. However, upon my recent visit, I was left quite disappointed. The main reason for my visit was to enjoy some coffee and pastries, as I had seen in their advertisements. To my surprise, there were no pastries available, which was quite perplexing.Instead, I ended up having dinner at the establishment. Excellent brunch, lunch or dinner spot on Park Ave. There’s an outdoor sitting area on the Ave across from the park. I’ve been here a couple of times but most recent was dinner. Service was prompt & friendly. Food was good, we enjoyed the salmon croquette and steak frites. They only serve wine for alcohol which was a bit disappointing. Other than that a great spot!
