Love this breakfast place! I normally would rather more of a mom and pops place , something more unique but first watch to be a chain restaurant its pretty good quality. Their food is always on point. I really enjoy coming here.

We have a certified medical alert dog and they told us we could not eat inside. The manager didn't come out to tell us this he sent a server. We explained to the server that he is a certified medical alert dog. We showed him our credentials, and we were still told we had to leave. I am still trying to decide if I want to report this incident.

I love go this place, but yesterday I went with my family and the service was pretty bad. I know that sometimes the place can be busy, however being polite and nice itās all matters in a restaurant. When I just arrived the server was kind mean and most of the time she seems angry or annoyed. When we got ours drink we were waiting for a straw and utensils for so long. We had to ask it. three time to different people. After all, the fruit of my mother has a bad smell, like was washed with water combined with eggs. We couldnāt eat it.
It was disappointing because we used to love the service here
Food is great, the system for their food pickup needs to be fixed. I waited over in hour and a half for a pickup due to my food being picked up by someone not me. A system to check people's pickup order needs to be put in place and not rely on the honor system. This one star rating is strictly for the pickup system as the food and service of the staff were great

Maybe it was bad timing, but our server was rude from the start. We asked to move to a bigger table for two (this was before ordering anything), got an eye roll and sigh before she said, āCan we just order firstā. Even had to say we would move our own coffee and plates before she let us transfer. Food was overly salted and potatoes were burnt. Save your money and time and to the other branch in N Orlando, which has excellent service and great food, unlike this one.

The restaurant was very cold with direct air blowing on us. The food arrived cold. The butter would not melt on the pancakes. The bacon was not brought out with the meal and it was cold. The food arrived after about 25 minutes and we had to sit for another 5 mins for silver ware

Excellent place for brunch. I always order the million dollar bloody mary and omelette inclusive of salad. Simply outstanding! Service is quick and friendly. I once had the manager run down the street to get bloody mary mix as they ran out and because I had to wait a bit longer...no charge! Only con is the atmosphere is fairly basic...it's arranged to get as many people in as possible. So no real ambience. Overall Great place to eat!
