We ordered 2 burgers and 2 LARGE Cajun fries and we basically got robbed.
This happened on Monday, Labor Day it was in the evening but around 8pm, closing time wasn’t for another 2 hours.
It seemed like the main cook was left alone and wasn’t having a good night, we never receive this type of energy at this location since we come here pretty often. I understand things can get a little frustrating when that happens while working at food service establishments but it shouldn’t be us customers who pay for all of that …
We paid extra, a pretty penny for some french fries, because we expected extra fries.
We expected an actual “Large” portion of fries like we usually get. Which is a separate bag with two orders of fries in it like it has been for years.
Again, don’t put it on the customers when things aren’t necessarily going 100% with staffing issues. It’s not our problem. Either close it for the night or have a manager help. In this case, I actually hope this wasn’t the manager who served our food because that would be so disappointing if it was.
Everything is going up everywhere in price but the main issue with this from my own experience is people working these establishments seem to think that it means we get less of a product when we’re paying more money for a specific larger amount of said product.
We paid extra for two orders “LARGE Cajun Fries”
What we received was not that.
And the guy who handed us our food had such an extremely stand-off attitude that we didn’t even bother making it a deal there since he was already having a horrible night and not speaking to anyone anyway.
Please don’t ever do this again .
When we pay extra for a large order of fries, we should actually be receiving that extra amount of fries. 1. In a separate bag full of just fries…like it has been for years and years.

The service was fantastic. I have a wheat/gluten allergy and this is the place I know will take care of me and be extra careful. I heard them communicate it clearly and they were clear in making it known that they were aware of the allergy. I love having a place I can go to eat and not worry about my The crew was super friendly, and the place was very clean and well stocked. Thank you guys for a job well done!

Honestly if you want to work serving people food and you have a beard, please use a beard net of some sort. I feel grossed out. The gentleman putting my sandwich together sneezed and snot was left hanging on his long beard. This is what nightmares are made of.
Good service and exactly what you expect from five guys. Location was quiet and clean.

This location has truly one of the best crews I’ve encountered in fast food or quick service style.
I’ve always struggled with the price point from a value perspective. That said I keep returning. Those fries… that bacon cheeseburger… the shakes (strongly suggest salty Carmel, strawberry and banana)!
