Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

We had a graduation dinner for our son and Diana was amazing! She went above and beyond to not only help us celebrate this wonderful day but also made sure that any food allergens were completely addressed. She was very thoughtful and considerate and beyond wonderful!!! Thank you Diana!!

My husband and I look forward to the seafood tower on each visit. Tonight it was awful. The first bite I took was spoiled. The lobster smelled so bad. I had to spit it out. I'm thankful I did. I had my husband affirm the same that he too agreed it was spoiled . The manger promptly apologized. The problem was we could not get the taste or smell out of our senses . So we decided to call it a night. I had had a salad with sparkling water and my husband a bowl of soup and two drinks Neither of us ate any of the seafood tower. The waiter came to our table and told us that one of my husbands drinks were being comped along with the seafood tower. Seriously the seafood tower that was spoiled? We appreciate the drink but our dinner was ruined with the bad seafood. Normally we rave about the food and service Tonight was obviously not going to be raved about

My wife and I enjoy celebrating our September birthdays at this wonderful establishment. Cocktails at the bar, then off to the dining room for our dinner. Our experience with the meal and service has always been outstanding. Michael our server and the rest of the staff are always attentive. Thanks for another excellent experience!

Overall Flemings does what Flemings does best. They make your meal an experience. It starts with the parking attendant, the hosts, servers and food runners. A hello, a smile and thanking you for choosing Flemings. Now for the food. We had the filet and sea bass, Flemings salad, and lava cake. All prepared to perfection. Alyssa is so skilled and attentive- thank you so much. We stopped going to Christner's because it's cramped, the servers are aloof and you feel like it's move them in and move them out. Miss the food but don't miss the vibe.

We went to Flemings on a Monday and even though I shared that I wanted to pace the dinner out, we were in and out in 65 minutes at a cost $250! I could have had dinner at the outback at less than $80. The ambience is wonderful which is why I love Flemings. But if you don't want to be fast paced out, order your meal one item at a time. I understand if it's busy, but it wasn't and normally not on a Monday which is when we go out to nice dinner so we don't feel rushed. I think I will probably find another place for special dinners for awhile.

I'm usually a fan of Fleming's, but tonight they missed the mark. Our steaks were over cooked, dry and lacked the flavor I have come to expect of an establishment of Fleming's caliber. Management did come to try and address the matter, offering to recook our steaks, but we had already waited a long while for them and could not wait for a whole other hour. While I appreciate that they comped our wine and appetizer, I would have preferred a better dining experience from the beginning, especially for the money spent.

Food was delicious, but they get you on the à la cart and all the sides you have to buy to share. Servers were a little confused because they were so many for each table but otherwise very attentive and friendly. 

If they had 10 stars I would give 20. Talk about the WOW factor!! Flew into Orlando to surprise my sister and she surprised me with Date night at Flemings in Winter Park!! The outstanding guest experience began when my sister made the reservation... Randi was exceptional he went above and beyond to make sure we had a spot even during a very busy promotion that they had going on... He also went the extra mile to make us feel extra special with the special cocktails... Our Server Andrew continued with the special service by welcoming us in and his suggestions for dinner were so delicious 😋... Andrew even added some extra touches with special sauce suggestions to add to our dining experience... Max was also extra attentive by taking our picture by the cutest spot under the tree and checking to ensure we had enough bread and tasty butters on hand... Been to many restaurants in Chicago but I must admit not one has gone the extra mile as did the manager and staff at Winter Park.... Bravo to you all!!

I had the pleasure of dining at Fleming's with two friends. Our evening began with two of us opting for the magical dining selection while the third ordered the rib-eye. As sides, we chose Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. Our server, Dixon, provided excellent service, being attentive to our needs throughout the meal. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dishes. The perfectly crafted Manhattan cocktail was a delightful addition, and the chocolate caramel gooey cake was an absolute highlight of the evening.

Food was mediocre. Service was great. We did the magical dining and the food was just lacking. Steak wasn't that tasty, the salad was bland, and the dessert, cheesecake, was also bland like it came from a grocery store boxed cake. Won't be returning sadly.

Our dinner was absolutely amazing. If you have ever read or heard of the book, Unreasonable Hospitality, you will find elements of that book executed perfectly at this restaurant. This was a dining experience, not just a meal. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. We had the Flemings potatoes, which were good, as well as the Brussels. The experience and hospitality that the servers Josh and Shaun provided are what made our dining experience over the top.

We were overwhelmed with the little touches that made our joint celebration of mom's birthday (95th) and our anniversary (35th) so special. The attention to details and table decorations were great, but the staff went out of their way to be exceptional in every aspect. We appreciated the champagne toast and sweets at the end. Plus, we had totally forgotten about the Magical Dining menu, so it made it an even better value. Two thumbs up and then some for a job well-done!

We had a delicious meal and lovely time at Flemings .. as with other Steak chains we went into magical dining assuming it would be the same old menu offerings from years previous - while that was true, they have made intentional decisions to elevate the plates and everything was cooked to perfection. The decor/atmosphere is drab compared to new exciting restaurants in the area. Service was not overbearing and definitely on point. Tried and true.

Two things that stood out from this outing: they read the message of our request and went above regarding our date night for three. This was probably our fourth time at this restaurant, and first-time with our daughter. They have yet to disappoint, and I don't see them disappointing in the future.

Another outstanding experience at Fleming's in Winter Park! My husband and I went for dinner for my birthday and had a fantastic time. Aaron was our server and went out of his way to make our dinner special. He always remembers the details about things we like which is truly above and beyond. A huge thank you to Aaron and the Fleming's Team!
