The worse coffee latte I had !!

They need to have another person working the front. It was just 1 overworked person doing the ice cream. I felt rushed because there was a huge line behind me. Otherwise the ice cream was good. A little bit pricey for what I got but it was good. Atmosphere was good for a coffee shop. Many people were sitting down with their laptops working.

Coffee is average at best. It always tastes burnt here. For the price I pay for this coffee I expect it to taste better it just hurts me that it doesn't. Especially since my husband got me many gift cards for Christmas now I'll just be buying food instead of coffee. Most of the staff is friendly but they are slow to take your order in the morning rush before work. I've had a breakfast sandwich here that was decent I've had a lunch sandwich that was okay and the butter croissant was good for breakfast. I can't speak for any other items that they serve here.

I’ve been coming to this location since they open. They were really great in the beginning for a quick breakfast sandwich and a good coffee. I loved that I could support local. But over the last two years, they are extremely inconsistent. Meaning their coffees never taste the same. I am writing this review because I am finally fed up. Today I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes with no complaints. And then I ordered a lightly sweetened coffee. I get my coffee. There’s an inch of sugar sitting at the bottom and it’s really sweet. So I go inside just to ask for my coffee to be remade. And there was a young girl with dark hair, who is basically arguing with me about the number of pumps of sugar they put in there. And then said OK your next latte will be on the house. Nothings on the house, considering I just paid for a drink and came in to get it remade. I didn’t keep two drinks. Therefore nothing was on the house. This was your mistake. It was handled very unprofessional, and rudely for a customer that spends hundreds of dollars there a year.

If you don’t love iced tea, you’ve probably never had it brewed properly. Coming from a lifelong lover of iced tea, give iced tea another chance at Foxtail. Perfectly brewed, fresh, fragrant delight. I’m absolutely happy with my decision to spend $5 on this tea.

Do you enjoy overly-expensive mediocre coffee and staff that don’t bother getting your order remotely correct or properly attaching lids? Well, this foxtail coffee is your hangout spot! It’s decorated nice inside so you can enjoy the atmosphere while waiting in line for them to fix your super complicated order of regular coffee with cream that the drive through botched. It also gives you time to think about your life choices and why you paid $13 tip included for a coffee and a latte, both of which were prepared incorrectly
