Love this foxtail location. Only negative feedback is that they are consistently out of beans to purchase. The foxtail Mexican and farm house are my go to every day beans and it's unfortunate they usually are out of stock. Hope this changes soon!

We had a great time getting ice cream but I was sad they did not have a lot of fun gluten free ice cream and they were out of gluten free cones.

Foxtail is usually really good, but this one feels like the employees don't want to be there and are clueless about food safety... I got a pastry and was looking to see where it was when I saw the guy eating his noodles in a lunch container semi around the corner and then continue to warm the pastry and give it to me without washing his hands. Totally understand being hungry, but thats what lunch breaks are for, would never experience something like this at starbucks. The coffee was mid and it was weird how there seemed to be no one in charge.

Waited like 10 min in the drive-through at the windows. They asked if I wanted my cookie heated up when I got it, and it wasn't even though they asked me if I wanted it warmed up. Then, the coffee had no flavoring when I asked for a vanilla latte. First and last time thanks so much.

Ellie is hands down the most polite and like-able person I’ve met in the service industry.

Pros: Great coffee, friendly staff, chill atmosphere, plenty of parking and sitting places, Kelly’s ice cream inside

To note: Plan to spend more than five minutes in the drive thru. Drive thru shouldn’t take this long, in my opinion. It’s difficult to get into the parking lot, so be careful. My bagel came out before my drink in the drive thru.

My first time here I decided to go inside to order. There was no line but yet it took 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge my presence and got little assistance with more info on the menu items.

I decided to go back but through the drive through and it took only seconds to order and no cars in front of me. When I pulled around to the window, I waited 5 or more mins for someone to open the window to take my payment. When they finally opened the window they asked what I ordered again! Then I waited some more because apparently they never even started making my order. Only for them to hand me only one item when I ordered multiple items. 😞

Sad to say because it’s in walking distance from my home but I tired a few more times, (all drive thru) and the same exact experience with different workers. So apparently this a trend for them. Idk what the point of ordering, then getting to the window to wait even longer for someone to acknowledge my presence only to ask me what I ordered again…. Just go to Starbucks or Dunkin. This location needs a lesson in customer service
