This is the third time that the food was not ready when due. Two times the order was started when we arrived and the employee was not even aware an order was placed until it was requested. Two times I requested extra dressing, it was missing. On top of that, this last time the dressing given was the wrong dressing altogether and the ingredients were incorrect on one of the bowls. This is above and beyond the extra 20 minutes I had to wait around for two bowls with no other orders or customers in sight. When I brought it up to the employee, I received a blank stare. I really like the bowls when everything goes well but given these bad experiences I do not plan on returning.

I ordered a vegetarian sandwich, apparently this location doesn’t carry hummus and they chose to replace it with pesto, which contains tree nuts and they did not inform that not only was this different than I ordered, it contained one of the biggest allergens.

I’m allergic to tree nuts. They are okay with risking allergic reactions to their customers.

They did not refund my money at the location, instead I had to contact corporate. There was no apology or concern for causing their customer to have an allergic reaction.

***Edit to respond to the company***

1. I came in by myself
2. I don’t have a boyfriend - which is none of your business nor it is relevant, try to be professional
3. I did not order a bowl, which I have proof of on my receipt from my online order (pic attached)
4. It says nothing about approved substitutions on the receipt (pic attached)
5. I came on 05/28/2024, not 05/31 like you stated, again, I have proof on the attached receipt
6. The employees didn’t even speak a full sentence to me, let alone ensure my order was accurate and have time to discover my relationship status
7. Your in-store employees were not able to refund my order. As stated in my review, I had to contact corporate to receive a basic refund.
8. Check your video before you fabricate lies about not only the events, but also your customer’s private life.

Food here is beyond disgusting. Literally gagged. It smells metallic. Threw it in the trash immediately.

Ordered via Uber eats and it was ROUGH. My girlfriend ordered chicken thigh in her bowl and instead got a piece of salmon that was so dry it was unrecognizable. Both our grains were like chewing on dry rice and quinoa. The chicken in mine was wildly dry. I ordered carrots, ended up getting sweet potatoes? Not sure who put those bowls together but it wasn’t close and what was there just wasn’t appetizing. I ate it purely for sustenance but definitely wouldn’t get it again.

The food I could eat was delicious. My only complaint is that “cauliflower rice” has corn and peas. Please call it what it is. There was hardly any cauliflower and I don’t eat peas and corn. It was a waste of food and also my money

Tried to give us a sandwich that was sitting in the display window all day after specifically asking if the food was made to order. Also served us sides that were cold.

Fantastic lunch spot on Park Ave for healthy/fresh options. Their grain bowls in particular are generously portioned and filling. Pricing is a bit expensive but not too out of line for the area. If you are looking for a quick/fresh bite to eat in the area, this should be near the top of your list. Service is friendly and fast. There is no inside seating and the outdoor seating is quite limited so plan on taking it to go during busy hours.

The food at fresh and company is very good. A nice- sized portion of healthy food, I can never finish it all. The quinoa is better than the wild rice (which is a bit crunchy sometimes). I love their selection of soda and bottles; last time I had a very fresh local kombucha. I stop here whenever I am in winter park because it's convenient, fast, and healthy. There is no inside seating. It's pleasant to sit outside and people watch, and I've never had an issue with seating being available, but it is limited.

Fresh & Co is - as the name implies- a "fresh" food restaurant. Like many restaurants they make your food when ordered. The difference is the kitchen, as well as many ingredients are on display as 'mise en place.' You see what you're getting. It's clean, staff is friendly. The sandwiches are great as well as the bowls. Not a "dine in" place for more than a few persons as they have bar style seating facing the windows. But for quality, kindness, and service, 10 out of 10.

Was my first time here, but everything was amazing! The falafel salad was just what I was looking for!The only downside is finding parking.
