We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Our reservation for a family of 3 was at 1015. We had not been greeted by anyone until 1045 and had only received water. It was not even busy. They had just opened at 10. The food was significantly overpriced for its worth. The gingerbread martini and s’mores martini looked good, but were subpar. I sadly would not come back.

Disappointed with the choice of non dairy desserts. Despite menu stating “selection” of sorbets, we were told only vanilla was available. Later offered raspberry and vanilla, not sure why we were told vanilla only initially. I’d list interest by then. Very noisy and despite being there Christmas Day, it lacked any Christmas atmosphere and was very noisy.

Christmas Eve Eve dinner. Not a great experience. Food was meh. Service was horrible and no one seemed to care. Atmosphere felt like being in a cruise ship dining room. No sight of a manager. Salads were watery. Bottle of white wine just left on table, no ice bucket or anything. Had a gluten free guest, but was never informed of certain dishes might have gluten, etc.
Not a good experience.

Nice server, nice atmosphere, Christmas vibe but possibly the worst Christmas dinner I’ve ever experience? lol About $1K for 7 people. The crab bisque was mostly cream, the short ribs although well cooked had so much fat on it, portions were minuscule and the rice pudding was brown and mediocre at best. Absolutely nowhere near the value it should have. The chef has some explaining to do!!

Gabriel and Garrett are amazing wait-staff! Please give them a raise. However my food (prime rib & greens) came out cold, hard and vinegary and I was very disappointed. Perhaps just a tough day staffing wise- I’m unsure. But still unfortunate nonetheless. The dessert was really good (berries and cream) and the atmosphere was nice as well. Overall, 75%!

We had an amazing dining experience last night. We took the train in from Longwood to Winter Park. We enjoyed the holiday lights & walked to Hamilton’s Kitchen. We sat outside in perfect weather. Brian & his team were great. We had amazing food. The Brussel Sprouts, Focaccia Bread, Skirt Steak (amazing), Duck, waldorf salad & cocktails were amazing. We had our 4 year old with us so she could get some energy out on the Alfond Inn great lawn. The vibe made me feel like we were on vacation.

Yum. We had a great meal here recently. We started with a Burrata and Fig Salad, Brussel Sprouts and Beet Salad, and Buttery Cornbread.

Next came an exceptional Sauteed Faroe Islands Salmon with a great Succotash (with a bit of Okra). The fish was crispy and cooked just right - still moist inside. The only dissapointment was that it was served on Swiss Chard instead of with Chinese Broccoli. My friend had what they called an America Peking Duck. They also called it a Duck Breast Confit. I don't understand the choices of names, but my friend thought it was delicious.

Then we split a huge bowl of the McCallan 12 Yr Butterscotch Pot De Creme with large chunks of Toffee. So good. Brian was very good at service. We'll be back.

Very nice atmosphere, and the servers were very good, but bordering on intrusive. The food was average at best. My shrimp and scallop dinner was luke warm and my husband's risotto was soupy. Definitely will not go back.
