Super delicious delightful meals 10/10 service, taste, flavor, quality, we were originally on our way to walk to Romes Flavor but heard the music from the roof pool top here and wanted to stay for the peaceful vibe. Gorgeous restaurant will definitely be back and have to stay at the hotel as well ?? our server was incredibly accommodating and sweet and I will recommend this place to anyone in the area, perfect for a date, birthday or celebration dinner. So stunning

To say the food is amazing is an understatement. The service was nicely paced and we never felt rushed. Our server Brian was gracious with his recommendations and didn't hover over the table, checking in when necessary. I love short ribs and Hamilton's Kitchen's recipe did not disappoint!! It was lucious and fork tender. The sauces were fresh and elevated the whole dish. Everything on the menu looked amazing, and there are so many choices, you shouldn't be disappointed. The experience felt like fine dining without the pretentiousness of most Winter Park restaurants. They have a bar/lounge adjacent to the main restaurant which would make for a nice, casual cocktail hour before dinner. Make an early reservation for dinner so you can walk it off on Park Ave after.

Waited 10 minutes before server came over. Eggs were overcooked and French toast undercooked. We were never offered more coffee or opportunity to order anything other than initial order. Definitely won't be back.

This place is beautiful. I chose this venue to be our wedding rehearsal dinner because I've dined here twice and had nothing but positive remarks for this restaurant. Sadly, we were extremely disappointed with the service and food.We booked the rehearsal dinner about 6 months out from our wedding date. We placed a deposit and confirmed the reservation with hospitality management. I expected to have a wonderful time. On the day of the reservation, my group of 17 people showed up and it was evident that the restaurant was not prepared for us. We waited about 30 minutes before we were seated in the private dining room. Once seated, we were greeted by our waiter who took drink orders. My husband (groom's) drink order was put in incorrectly about 3x. On the second time, it was evident that the drink was just poured into a new cup, not made fresh. There was only one waiter, and service was so slow that we had to ask management for additional waiters to help him. When the additional waiters arrived, the original waiter sent away the help. We then let the waiter know that we were on a time crunch as the wedding was literally the next day, and he finally took our orders after about 2 hours. When the food finally arrived, everyone's dinner was ice cold. It got so bad that we had to get the manager ourselves and explain how disappointed we were with the service. Overall, I would NOT recommend scheduling a private event at this restaurant. Especially if you are looking to celebrate a day as special as a rehearsal dinner for your wedding.

Eating at Hamilton's Kitchen was the worst restaurant experience of my life. The theme of the night was cut corners; from the menu to the food, the service, and even the bathrooms.Last week, while visiting from out of state, I was part of a nearly 20-person party for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Despite this being the most expensive restaurant I've ever dined at, it was also the worst place I've ever dined at, and that includes every small, cheap, and even fast-food chain joint I've ever eaten at since childhood. I am including hospital cafeteria food, as well.I'll start with the two menu photos, which illustrate at least 13 formatting, grammatical, and punctuation errors that are basic enough for a child to notice. It's as if it was thrown together at the last second from a template, and not proofread at all. When I saw this, I immediately had a bad feeling about the service and food quality we were in for, considering the high price of the meal.We were seated for quite a while before our orders started being taken, and that didn't happen until we tracked down and asked the waiter. He then, alone, slowly went around the room getting orders. There were 17 of us, and we had a time limit based on our hired transportation. Yet we had only one waiter. We went around him and asked for an additional waiter or two, to speed up the process. When someone eventually came, the first waiter sent them away, and made us wait while he took another several orders instead of accepting the help.As an aside, nearly every member of the party was of a demographic that, to an expensive restaurant, should be well-known to suffer from lactose intolerance at a high rate, yet every dessert option was full of dairy. For the appetizer, I chose the smoked salmon crostini, which, when it finally arrived, was okay.I chose steak frites as the entree, cooked medium. When it eventually made its way to the table, it was slightly lukewarm, and mostly simply cold, as were the fries. For dessert, I chose the key lime delight, which was sweet, but I had to stop eating it after three small bites because at that point, I had already exhausted my emergency supply of supplement pills that would help me digest the dairy.I am including this as another aside that I'm not taking into consideration with my rating, but needs to be said publicly: over the course of the evening, the groom had to send his orders back at least five times by my count. And each time, whoever was in the kitchen initially thought they could get away with sending the same food back, slightly altered or microwaved, instead of preparing it properly, and fresh.Overall, I have to say that this restaurant is sub par in almost every aspect. Even if they reduced their prices by 90%. There was an air of people not feeling motivated to do their best that hit me the moment I sat down and took a good look at the menu, and it shined through again in the slow service, again in the barely-edible food, and yet again in the half-stepping nature of how they responded when we took issue with the quality and temperature of our orders.I don't know how any of this changes if you have a smaller party on a small table instead of one in a private room, but as it stands, the staff of Hamilton's Kitchen simply doesn't pass muster, across the board. Everyone was slow to respond to our concerns, the waiter was slow to act and largely unwilling to do anything about it despite repeated nagging to get more help or do something to not have us wait hours to eat, and the kitchen staff kept trying to cut corners instead of delivering the food quality and service being paid for at such a high price. As for the bathrooms, I was pretty cross when I used a paper towel to grab the handle on the way out, only to find that there was no trash bin near the door, meaning I could keep the tissue or toss it on the ground. But there were no tissues on the ground. I can't speak to the ramifications of this. But they aren't good.Because not everyone washes their hands.Don't eat

Where food is art, Hamilton Kitchen delivers scrumptious masterpieces. Located at The spectacular Alfond Inn in Winter Park.**Brunch**Key Points:1. Ambiance: Upscale, cozy with plenty of seating both indoors and outside. Fresh floral arrangements.2. Service: Prompt, exquisite service. Every staff member was very kind. Our server Joshua was incredible. He has a great personality, menu knowledge, and anticipated our needs. One of the best servers we have had and highly recommend asking for him!3. Menu and Food: Their brunch menu has just enough variety without being overwhelming. They have fresh, quality choices that are well balanced.4. Beverages: No drinks listed on brunch menu. Was offered their delicious coffee and they have Pepsi product options.5. Price/Value: While on the pricier side for breakfast items the quality and service is well worth it.**Final Thoughts:**- Recommendation: Highly recommend the Egg White Frittata and house coffee. Walk through the beautiful hotel lined with artwork for a wonderful end to your experience here!- Rating overall: 4.8

Very slow food service apparently due to a computer malfunction, lukewarm food when it finally arrived. Server never came back to the table to check on us. However, they did comp one meal when we complained. Very disappointment with the food quality and service for this type of restaurant.

Dined here 3 times and have had an exceptional experience each time, so far.The atmosphere is somehow relaxing while also being exciting. Inside dining is a bit close quarters with other patrons, but once your dining experience begins, you don't even notice. The outdoor patio is my favorite. So open, airy, and the glass patio doors still make you feel like part of the dining room. Their service staff are 10/10. From arrival and greeting to being seated and served, you can feel the care and attention to detail from them.Dined in for brunch twice. The brunch menu at Hamilton's is my absolute favorite. It's so easy to want everything they offer. I recommend just getting 4 or 5 different dishes and sharing. (The breakfast potatoes are the very best ever, especially with the Irish bangers, if you're having trouble deciding) Overall, brunch at Hamilton's is truly a joyful and satisfying experience, and I highly recommend it.Enjoyed a beautiful dinner with my husband. I had the grouper, and he had the special of the night, which was so incredible, I wished I had ordered it!Never pass on dessert. They're all delicious, but the Macallan 12 yr butterscotch pudding is to die for. Can't say enough how much I enjoy and look forward to dining at Hamilton's Kitchen. I highly recommend reservations, but if you find yourself in the area, don't miss an opportunity to indulge.Parking: I always use the free valet when I make reservations. Otherwise, free street parking is a few feet away.
