I had a company function here and it was not a pleasant experience. The floor is damaged causing several sections to be bowed upward like a pyramid, several people tripped and almost fell as there weren't any caution signs out , my chair sat over one so every time I tried to stand, I stumbled and so did anyone else trying to walk near our table. The escargot was DEVINE but the salads were warm, the entrees were so over cooked that fish was dry, veggies looked dehydrated and what should have been a beautiful filet mignon had a disgusting grey gravy over it and the desserts were burnt. I'm not sure if it was the kitchen that was unequipped to handle this event (around 40 of us) or the chef, but I definitely won't try again. The dangerous hazard of the floor alone wouldn't bring me back.

Hannibal's / Chez Vincent is a wonderful place to go. We had not been in a long time. An error on our part. Great food, great service (Alexi) and a delightful setting. We will return soon. You could not ask for a better dinner experience. Extremely good Caeser salad and seafood crepe. A nice local restaurant.
Parking: Parking out front or the city lot at the corner. close and easy

Tyler provided the most professional and outstanding service for the date night I had planned. From the suggestions for the magical dining, to explaining the pairings that came along with the dishes it was an absolute treat and pleasure to experience dinning with Tyler at this establishment. Highly recommend him as a waiting and this restaurant for a night out.

Tyler and Kori were great! Went here for my girlfriends birthday (she’s French) and this is her favorite spot in Orlando. Tyler always goes above and beyond and has been one of the best servers I’ve had the pleasure of dining with.

Kory and Tyler were awesome!
From the moment I chose Hannibal for our special event, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The owner, Vince graciously offered to close down the restaurant for the evening to accommodate our group of about 50 guests, setting the stage for an exclusive and intimate gathering. The venue itself is a gem, boasting high-end finishes that blend elegance with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.
The food was a highlight of the evening; each dish was a masterpiece of flavors, beautifully presented and tailored to delight even the most discerning palates. The service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was unforgettable.
Our guests were thoroughly impressed, not just with the culinary excellence but also with the extraordinary attention to detail and personalized service. Thanks to Hannibal, my event was a resounding success, leaving me and our guests with beautiful memories of a perfect evening. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a dining experience that truly stands out.

The food is terrible, it was the worst I've tasted in a long time! Tough filet mignon is small, that means it wasn't filet mignon. The mashed potatoes seem to be old, the worst I've ever eaten, then they changed my dish to a crepe, a piece of chicken came completely raw, the bread was old? My experience was terrible, not to mention the cleaning of the glasses had fingerprints and was dirty!

Our Valentine's dinner experience at Hannibals/Chez Vincent was nothing short of disappointing. Despite my boyfriend's reservation, our evening started off on the wrong foot. Upon arriving, the hostess brushed me off not once, but twice, before acknowledging our presence. It was disheartening, to say the least. As we were finally seated, the service didn't improve. Our server treated us with a dismissive attitude, as if we were children. (We are a rather young couple, but we both have well-paying jobs and have enough money.) The prefixed menu, which was not advertised anywhere online, left us with no choice but to stay and endure the underwhelming meal to avoid a cancellation fee.The food itself was a letdown. Bland flavors, clearly frozen vegetables, and a hefty price tag of $80 per person for a meal we wouldn't have chosen otherwise. The filet mignon was overcooked for me and undercooked for my boyfriend. The seafood pastry was subpar, and the salad was simply sad to look at.To add insult to injury, the lack of attention from the staff was glaring. I sat with an empty water cup for an extended period, while nearby tables received prompt service and were provided with water to pour themselves. No one bothered to check on us, despite our server having only a few tables to attend to at the time. The only silver lining was the unexpected dessert, which wasn't listed on the menu. But even that couldn't salvage the overall dismal experience.Hannibals failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and culinary excellence. Our $170 meal felt like an overpriced snack, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone. What was meant to be a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner together at a fancier restaurant than we’re used to turned out to be a major disappointment and quite frankly a disaster.
