I'm hooked ! My assistant ordered me the Philly cheese steak bowl last week and I craved it since !! It's fresh , full of flavor and my new go to when I'm between clients !

4.5 stars Didn't actually mean to come here but the restaurant we originally planned to go to was unexpectedly closed and this was close by. What a great find! We were greeted warmly upon entering. The restaurant is a counter service/build your own style. It was very clean and bright inside. There's kiosks if you'd prefer to order that way. We wanted to explore the offerings a bit so we opted for the kiosk so we could look through everything. My girlfriend and I each did the build your own rice bowl but they also had a pita wrap option and salads. The bowl is a little pricier than some places ($14) but honestly kind of worth it. It was quite big and very filling. Definitely enough to get full n have a second filling meal. You have the option of selecting a grain, a green, up to 11 toppings, sauces and one of 5 hummus options. We got the roasted tomato pesto and the roasted garlic and both were quite good. We added some pita bread and that was a good choice it was very soft and smelled like olive oil. It was $4.49 for like 6 pieces of pita triangles n a hummus. The flavor was really good overall and the falafel was quite tasty and well seasoned. A very lucky find, quite enjoyed it!

First and foremost the food is absolutely delicious! We had the Crispy Cauliflower Pita and ‘Chicken’ Schnitzel Platter. Everything was fresh and homemade. Their Pita is soft and fresh and hummus and tabbouleh salad were amazing.The person at the counter was very helpful and guided us through our order.I cannot give enough high marks for this restaurant. If you are a vegan in the Ft Lauderdale area this stop is a must!Vegetarian options: All vegetarian/ vegan

I used to be a big fan of the University Blvd location as well as this one. But on my last few visits, the food definitely didn't taste super fresh. The chicken had kind of a gamey, processed flavor which I had never noticed before. The bacon tasted cheap and was undercooked. Also, the entire place had a smell like it either needed a deep cleaning or had been cleaned with a very smelly cleaning product. Either way, it was off-putting. Hopefully they can turn things around and get back to their prior standards.

Absolutely fabulous healthy choices...small place so get there outside of busy meal times! You won't regret the choice!Vegetarian options: Have 2 vegans in family and they loved it..I'm not and I loved it too...going there tomorrow for our 3rd time since Thanksgiving
We had an amazing experience! The lovely lady who greeted us was so very helpful, pleasant and patient with our questions and guided us the whole way through (it was our first time there) the food was AMAZING and FRESH. Definitely coming back.
