Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

There's NOTHING to recommend. *zero response from customer service (phone ALWAYS reverts to answering machine and never had any of my 8, yes, 8 calls teturned). *No email reply after an order was NEVER delivered (i say never, but hey it's only been a month late. who knows?) *Did I mention NO delivery? One month past order AND bank account charged-- NO delivery *Who knows whether I'd recommend the ice cream, never got that far. p.s. they DO however know how to charge a bank account for their nothingness!!!

My entire order arrived damaged. The ice cream arrived frozen solid but appears to have melted and been re-frozen at some point. I took a spoonful out of one pint and the taste was off. Very odd and unlike any other time I've ordered. I emailed customer service the day it arrived 1 week ago and again a few days ago and no response. No resolution. I also called. No answer. An automated system just says to leave a message and someone will contact me. This is unlike Jeni's. I've been a customer for a few years and never had any issues. At $12 per pint, the ice cream should arrive fresh and the customer service should be better than this. I'm extremely disappointed. 😢

Great quality and flavor but too many candy pieces in the high five candy bar flavor . I want more ice cream and less candy.

Love this place. Only reason for 4stars is because they don't have milk shake. I'll change review to 5star. My wife make me come here several times a week. Lol

I’m not a huge ice cream fan, but I love me some Jeni’s!

Not only do they have super cute and cozy branding, but the ice cream flavors are unique and scrumptious!

This location is a decent size but can get super busy being in the Winter Park Village area. But wow it’s worth the wait. Bramble berry crisp is wonderful if you want a fruity twist. The gooey butter cake is at good as it sounds. Plenty of others, no bad choices.

Jeni’s is truly a splendid experience.

I was so excited to try…love the flavor concepts! However, have had better at a lower price point.

Fave ice cream and buttery fresh baked cones/shells since first visit in ATL 11 years ago! They taste like they smell! Tried opaque tonight and it was delightful! So happy to have closer to home in SC!

Holy cow, this is the best ice cream I have EVER eaten!!!!! A d the staff is very knowledgeable on each flavor!

One word: The Candy Bar - the BEST on a steamy, hot day.

Good ice cream place in winter park

Pretty cool place for some good ice cream. Some of the flavors weren't very good but they let you try them first so that's makes it okay. Good place to go if you're looking for luxury ice cream

Jeni’s, Kelly’s, Ben & Jerry’s… does simply including a person’s name on the sign guarantee a thriving ice cream business? Maybe.

Of the three, Jeni’s is hands-down my favorite. Its unexpected, complex flavors, many of which include dairy-free options, make it stand out. This time, I went with the Green Mint Chip (peppermint cream with crunchy, bittersweet chocolate) and the Texas Sheet Cake (triple-chocolate overload with Fair Trade cocoa, crumbly chocolate cake pieces, and a river of bittersweet fudge; surprisingly dairy-free).

I’m usually the nightmare customer for ice cream, bakeries, and dessert shops because I find all sweets too sweet. But Jeni’s wins me over every time with its creativity and the obvious care behind each recipe. It’s quality ice cream that actually feels worth the price. It would be nice if they offered some flavors with stevia or monk fruit sugar.
