Not bad, but not Italian ice. Overall the selection and flavors were pretty good but it's basically just a slightly more frozen slushy. Italian ice is supposed to be very smooth with no large chunks of ice and this was crunchy and honestly a little overpriced for a slushy mixed with soft serve. If they get the machine dialed in where it's actually making Italian ice I would reconsider an extra star or two.

I have no idea what happened here, but the new staff here clearly need more training. They seem somewhat inattentive, and didn't even wait for us to finish saying what we wanted to sample. One of us also found a thin strip of plastic in our Italian ice, which was a very unpleasant surprise.

Mikayla was incredible! She was all by herself with a line out the door, but was knocking out those ice creams like it was nothing. We got our ice cream with very little wait time!
