I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The subs are always fresh, piled high with quality meats and veggies, and the bread tastes like it just came out of the oven. The staff was super friendly, quick, and really made me feel welcome. I love how everything is sliced right in front of you—it makes a big difference in taste. Definitely my go-to spot when I want a fresh, delicious sub. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately Neo's co-worker failed to lock the door in the bathroom and when I opened it he was sitting on the toilet with his pants up playing video games on his cell phone forcing Neo to work by himself in the lobby. Get Neo a better co-worker please 😞

I came in to pick up a door dash order, I checked the bag to make sure everything was in it, Matt tried to put another sticker over the bag as I was checking it & made a rude comment saying “let me put another sticker on here because you seem like the type that would go through peoples bags”. I’m not sure if he made that comment because I’m African American or what but that was absolutely rude and inappropriate. He did not apologize & rudely said when I asked for his name “ it’s Matt with two T’s make sure you spell it right”. I will make sure never to return to this Jersey Mike’s !

Got lunch here for the first time and the service was alright but my food and my coworkers food was both messed up & incorrect / missing items My sandwich had items on it that i did not order, my coworkers salad was missing the double meat and sides. When calling the store for a refund they denied the request and said we can come back and get the missing items. We are on a fixed lunch break time, do not have time to be driving back and fourth due to their mistake… wish they could have done the refund / made the food correctly.. my sandwich was sopping wet with oil and vinegar that I DID NOT order and it made my sandwich inedible due to the dripping wet bread. Do better for others… this is a waste of my money

I ordered a sandwich to be delivered and when I was eating it I felt something in my mouth and pulled out a long black hair! Absolutely disgusting. I called and they refused to send another sandwich and wanted me to go into the store. Why do you think I ordered delivery? Jersey Mikes is usually okay but the team at this location is awful.
Excellent and delicious subs. The subs were done fast and they got delivered fast, the subs were not soggy(+++++++). Definitely we will order again and we recommend everyone to try their delicious subs. We had subs #65 #66 #8 & #13. I’m not a beef type of person but #66 Portabella cheese steak is on fire.
