WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I am a frequent customer bc I work at local drs office and I got a giant philly cheesesteak and it was literally worst ever sloppy and just disgusting I called and complained after paying $19 for it and he says well try to do better nexttime THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME! You lost alot customers today😡😡😡😡😡 Rude staff also!! I will go to any location but this one!!!!!!

I was coming here all the time to pick up subs. Today I came in and the guy was mopping and my sub was not ready which was fine. So I sat down to wait for it and I noticed he grabbed the bread from the back and smelled it! Then he was going to make my sub with it. I got up and said I just wanted a refund. I don't want anyone to put their nose to a piece of bread I am going to eat! Yuck! Mgr came out to give me a refund. Could care less why I was not happy.

Bad experience for drivers, delivery should take importance, if you can't do them on time don't offer the service.
For a single sandwich wrap for delivery, they had me standing for 15+ mins. Incompetent management if they can't see how this leads to bad reviews and a poor experience.

They won’t toast a turkey sandwich for a pregnant person who can’t eat cold deli meat because it’s not on the “hot sandwich section” 👍🏼 @ whoever was working 1/17/25 11am

I don't know where to start. I just know one thing I will never go back to this location again. You can tell when you're carrying your sub out that it is lighter than any Jersey Mike's you've ever been to. I'm just disgusted with this place, the location on Goldenrod road will give you a sub that won't leave you hungry. I wish I could post a picture but there's no place to do that on this page.

Went to order a sub today and realized that the guy making the sandwich was also the guy ringing you out without exchanging or removing his gloves. Then proceeded to grab a bunch of diff meats and cheese to slice. So whatever is on that register is on your sandwich and whatever is on your sandwich is on the register. Plus every piece of meat in the fridge has prob got some of that. Gotta do better ??

I gave this particular jersey mikes a 5 star because of the manager and team that works there. They are very friendly even when it is slammed with orders and I can tell they put customers first. Their sandwiches are always consistent and I've never had a bad experience. I've ordered online and in person enough times to say, you should order a sub at this jersey mikes!

Smaller Jersey Mikes, but sub sandwich was made correctly, but not split into two separate wrapping papers like I asked as I wanted to eat half of my giant sub and eat the other half later, hence the reason I ding the one star from service. Good location, but parking can be a pain since other stores and restaurants are close by.
