I never have any problems ordering from any other Jersey Mikes location. I tried ordering a delivery from them through Ubereats. Waited forever.. Had 3 drivers show up to the place, which I asked my last driver for an update, only to be told that they gave away my order & they didn’t even bother to make it again for me.. -_- do better for real.

I arrived shortly after they opened. I got the mini Italian on their parmesan roll, doctored up with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and peppers. I also added the drink and chips to my meal. Well, for such a deceivingly small looking sub, I was perfectly stuffed! It was delicious!! There are tables and chairs to eat at inside and outside on the walk. I've eaten at Jersey Mike's before, but not this one. I am very pleased to say that it was just as great as the other place. Next time I'm on this side of town, I'll be making this a must on my list!! You should too!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I am a frequent customer bc I work at local drs office and I got a giant philly cheesesteak and it was literally worst ever sloppy and just disgusting I called and complained after paying $19 for it and he says well try to do better nexttime THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME! You lost alot customers today😡😡😡😡😡 Rude staff also!! I will go to any location but this one!!!!!!

I was coming here all the time to pick up subs. Today I came in and the guy was mopping and my sub was not ready which was fine. So I sat down to wait for it and I noticed he grabbed the bread from the back and smelled it! Then he was going to make my sub with it. I got up and said I just wanted a refund. I don't want anyone to put their nose to a piece of bread I am going to eat! Yuck! Mgr came out to give me a refund. Could care less why I was not happy.

Bad experience for drivers, delivery should take importance, if you can't do them on time don't offer the service.
For a single sandwich wrap for delivery, they had me standing for 15+ mins. Incompetent management if they can't see how this leads to bad reviews and a poor experience.

I don't know where to start. I just know one thing I will never go back to this location again. You can tell when you're carrying your sub out that it is lighter than any Jersey Mike's you've ever been to. I'm just disgusted with this place, the location on Goldenrod road will give you a sub that won't leave you hungry. I wish I could post a picture but there's no place to do that on this page.
