The employees here are ROCKSTARS! The crew made 32 sandwiches for our youth sports team and had them ready 30 minutes from the time I ordered them. They saved the day!

First time trying Jimmy John's! The staff was amazing! Rob was great and offered the potato salad! The potato salad was amazing!!! The Vito sub is delicious! We will most definitely be back next week before heading to Restaurant Depot! Satisfied the hunger!

So a little while back I got a very serious food borne illness from this exact Jimmy John's location. It was life threatening and well I'm just thankful that I'm alive today - spent a good amount of time in the ER. Just wanted to share this experience and let others know this location might not be handling ingredients properly (temperature, expiration date etc.). I did give Jimmy John's the chance to make this better but honestly I just want to make others aware to proceed with caution. There is a lot to be said about the challenges of a F&B operation - I get it and so I can't hold grudges even though I'm upset this happened. It requires serious diligence to operate an establishment serving food as one bad ingredient could cause serious illness in individuals. And sometimes the treatment for a bacteria or food poisoning in general can be so bad that the individual gets nerve damage from the medication (Fluroquinolone antibiotics for example). I hope the Jimmy Johns team is able to improve their operation and that this never happens to anyone else again. For me its one thing but I hope no one else goes through what I experienced because it was very unpleasant.

Food was okay. An HOUR for delivery when my house is right down the road is ridiculous. On top of that, the soda came flat and forgot the side of ranch. If I takes an hour, you would expect the order to be correct.

I just ordered delivery through the app from this location and when the food was arriving I looked out the front door before the guy came up and watched him actually throw my bag at my front door from about 10 feet away and then run away. When I got the food from the ground the tip section was circled with a frowny face....... Definitely not tipping after that.

This Jimmy Johns location closes at 5pm on weekends, which is absolutely insane to me. JJ just lost a customer, I will take my business to Jersey Mikes right across the street. Better quality sandwiches anyway.

I can not think of a nicer crew and manager/owner. Anywhere. Period.The food is as ordered and always great tasting. The restaurant is always clean. And the staff, they might be short staffed, tired, ready to go home, but they NEVER let it show at this location. One of my favorite stops for lunch or dinner. LOVE IT!!

Jimmy John's subs, "So fast you'll freak." Not anymore. This place is sloooooow. I ordered an hour and fifteen minutes ago, and my order still isn't out for delivery, according to Track My Order in the app. (Not the first time this has happened.) They must have trouble getting good help-- which is not a real excuse, because if you make work an exciting place to be and treat your employees well, they will shine. Besides the trouble with delivery times, this location has made my sandwich incorrectly several times, and they've even delivered a totally different sandwich from what I ordered-- like I ordered a #1 and they delivered a #5. Once, I received a sandwich made on a 3-inch chopped off end of a sub roll. I called in to ask WTH, and besides the manager asking me, "How do you know how long the piece of bread is? You MEASURED IT?!" she said that their Little Johns rolls hadn't been baked yet and she didn't think I should have a problem with what I received. But I keep ordering sandwiches from them, and I order a lot. Why? Their bread. Their bread is the one good, consistent thing about Jimmy John's. The other consistent thing about them is their inconsistency in service and accuracy. The food is always fresh, but that hardly matters when you're eating a bland sandwich that wasn't what you ordered and you are still out time and money. Oh, hey-- my doorbell just rang! And according to their app, my order still hasn't gone out for delivery. That happened to me the other day, too. While I was at Jewett Orthopedic Clinic, I ordered a sandwich on the app. When I was leaving Jewett, the app still didn't say my order was ready. I drove there and my sandwich was sitting on the shelf-- ready for how long? That's not a glitch in the app. That's the employees not doing their job and keeping the app up to date. I'm freaking, alright.

I've been a long time fan of Jimmy John's but this store is making me thinking about removing JJ's from my lunch rotation. In the past 6 months, my pick up order has never been ready by the time I get there, usually 5-10 min after the order was placed. I thought maybe I should give them some extra time due to lunch rush so I showed up 40 minutes after the order was placed in the app today. It was still not there! When I checked with the staff, their first reaction was "did you place the order with another location?" instead of checking their order history first. That reaction alone is TERRIBLE customer service. When there is a problem, check yourself first please! Please train your employees to be more organized and maybe some customer service 101s. On the plus side, the staff has been very friendly.
