Beautiful coffee shop! It’s immaculate and so inviting! The coffee is spectacular, as well. I ordered a dulce de leche iced coffee and it was delicious! I’ll definitely order again. The whole place is a vibe!

I was super excited being Colombian and finding Juan Valdez here, unfortunately they close before 7 PM even though it is open until 7. Either change your hours to stay open later or make your employees stay open until the scheduled time.

Love to leave great reviews, but I want this business the thrive as the coffee is excellent as well as the carrot cake I ordered! I was hoping the reviews were not correct about the service, but not very welcoming energy brewed coffee is what I ordered but it was not brewed at 9 am. So I waited, I get it and was in no rush, but it sat at the bar for another 5 min while I was outside I asked if it was my coffee and she just nodded in annoyance “like duh”. But anyways want this place to do well so it’s always good to know how the energy is to make changes. Don’t fire the girl but coaching could help.

My 1st time trying this place was the morning of 10/25. I wasn't sure what to get, so I asked the worker. She was amazing, offered me a drink based on the criteria I gave her, and the drink tasted amazing and looked gorgeous. I believe it was the dulce de leche iced latte. I also had an empanada, which was also really good. Would definitely go back

I loved it, I ordered a Nevado with dulce de leche and it was delicious, 100% Colombian coffee, you can feel the difference compared to the other coffees from the recognized commercial chains, I liked the attention, the person who served me offered me different options, the place was clean and very nice, they sell hot and cold coffees, coffee beans, pandebono, cakes. Super recommended!!!

As a Colombian, Juan Valdez has always been my favorite coffee shop, and I love indulging in the chocolate Nevado as a special treat when I'm in the area. It usually brings a comforting taste of home, but my visit today was disappointing.
The barista was unwelcoming and borderline rude, which was surprising and not what I’ve come to expect. To make matters worse, my drink was mostly ice and lacked the rich chocolate flavor I love. Instead of enjoying a smooth frappé, I spent 20 minutes trying to sip crushed ice through a straw.
I hope this was just an off day and not a sign of declining standards. I’d love to see the quality return to what I know and love!
