The food is healthy and delicious but the Needham MA location can’t seem to figure out how to handle online orders. Every time I order in advance, when I arrive at the time it should be ready, it’s usually not. After standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting with other angry customers, the order finally comes out. Not fast or a good experience.

I love the food, but apparently the locations in Florida do not accept cash. I wish they would change the policy. I don’t like to be told I have to use a credit card.

Fantastic meal. Got the “Get 2” Pumpkin bisque soup - touch of sweetness, beautifully creamy and delish. “Medium” Mezze salad- larger serving in my opinion- with the lemon basil dressing. Nice service. Clean seating area. Fast service.

Wow. Very pleased with the first time ordering from this newer restaurant Just Salad. I do a lot of catering lunches for offices, and everything has to be ordered online these days. The online ordering process and web site is very, very easy and user friendly. The places to add names or entrees and add notes for certain mod requests is easy and very much appreciated. The food was tremendous I’ll say, this to go ordered included wraps, bowls, and a smoothie. I myself had the chicken fajita bowl and it was a 10/10. Accurate to go order and great service atmosphere made this a delightful experience. Thank you!
