I ordered from just salad website at 6:20pm and the estimate pick up time were 6:46pm, I arrived around 6:40pm of course not expecting the order will be ready then I wait until 6:55pm, still not ready so I deicide to go the shop next order to walk around, when I return around 7:10pm the order still not ready yet so I asked the staff what is the status of my order, they are looking around and tell the other staff I am here, then they just start looking at the machine to print out the order, I was like "what?", so I ask what is the purpose I am order online up front, and ask them if I don't ask the will not start making my order, at the same time my wife called to me to pick her up about 5 min away then I tell the staff I will be back in 10 min, the staff replied back "I am making it now do you want your order", WITHOUT any apologies. First I am so confused what is the whole point I order online upfront? second, should I have to tell the staff I arrived the first time at 6:40pm? third, none of the staff apologies to me.

The inside of the restaurant was very nice, but the customer service was not good at all. When we walked in, the staff just looked at us without helping. I had to ask where to place my order. Since it was my first time there, I had some questions, but they had to ask someone in the back for help. So, we ended up just getting a plain Caesar salad.

Just because food is healthy doesn’t mean it should taste bland. Parmesan bland salad no flavor at all like the chickpeas weren’t even soft. Had the pineapple smoothly the worst they used unripened fruit. I love salads I will use just good OO and balsamic but this place tastes blah and super pricey

Ordered 3 salads on DoorDash. 2 of them came without any protein even though I paid for it. In there defense the lettuce was very fresh. But a bowl of lettuce for $15 each is wild. The one that did have protein was barely any and the chicken was terrible.

Lovely restaurant. Staff members friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and portion sizes are great. Only thing to note is restaurant is fairly warm and they dont accept cash. So be prepared for an environment controlled atmosphere and to pay via electronic services.

Excellent service, and customer service. It’s hidden in 17-92. Come and visit them! Food is delicious, awesome! Just Salads is the name!

I drove 25 mins to this place, there's not much options for healthy vegan food in Orlando especially salads.It's Sunday, very laid back. It's not a lot of customers, actually I'm the only customer here. They have no saute veggies. Im like okaaay. 10 min wait. I decided to opt out on the veggies. Get to the shitake mushrooms, their out of that also. 15 min wait. Is anyone working today??

I feel like I’m always trying to give this place another shot and it just never ends well. It used to be so good and fresh. Chicken is extremely dry, something is ALWAYS missing from my order, they’re very scrappy on the salads, it’s never fresh anymore, the list goes on. It’s way too expensive to be lacking in quality and content. At this point, I’ve ordered from here so many times, I should not be surprised when I end up disappointed.

I love Just Salad, but this specific location is so inconsistent. Last 3 wraps I had here, the amount of chicken I had was laughable. Completely filled with vegetables, with two small strips of chicken. The dressing is either great or horrible, just way too thin and liquidy. My salad had straight up green avocado. Completely unripe. I also asked for no corn many times, and I consistently get corn. Not sure if it's a staff issue, but someone needs to get this location straight. It's ridiculous.

Today was my first time trying, I placed a Togo order. Both bowls came incorrect, they forgot the sauce, and they did not include silverware or anything with the Togo order, just the incorrect food. The food we did receive has little to no flavor and the pita chips inside are stale. The chicken is also extremely dry and mine isn’t even cut up it’s just thrown in there. Safe to say I will never be returning and I suggest you find literally anywhere else to buy a salad.
