The service is terrible. There is a brunette who arrives and was talking on the phone for more than 5 minutes. 4 people were waiting and she didn't even look over to ask what they were going to order or if they needed anything. Then she hung up and started talking to a colleague. There was no one in the drive-thru. The bad service from the people who hire at this place is incredible. They don't care if they remodel or change the facade. You always have to wait.

Complete garbage!!! Waited over 50 minutes for a mobile order. Every time I went up to the counter to ask for an update, the time increased. I ordered a simple bucket of original chicken and two sides (something that should be ready in less than 3 minutes). The staff was not at all apologetic. I should’ve cancelled my order at the 10 minute mark, but they kept me there by saying “it’s almost ready” like 5 times. I absolutely will not be back, which is a bummer because we were excited to give them a try. Once my food was finally ready, the two girls behind the counter were talking and said oh it’s for that “white girl”. What can you expect from KFC I guess….

We walked in and ordered on the kiosk at 7pm and received our food at 7:40 pm. Apparently, when they finally made our food, they gave it to someone in the drive thru. We had to wait at the counter because our name on the board went from “preparing order” to disappearing. She asked us what we ordered and put the order together in about 2 minutes. Could you not have done that in the 1st place? We ordered it IN the restaurant, not on the mobile app. This is not an employee issue as much as a management issue.

I arrived at the drive thru today just for the system to be down, okay I get it some things are uncontrollable, the lady at the drive thru told me to circle back around but there were cars in front of me so I was stuck I was able to finally leave and come back …I ordered a 2 piece fill up I was wanting to change my side to Mac and cheese they said I can’t do that , so i changed my order to a regular 2 piece so that I can have the Mac and cheese and she still rung my order in wrong so I caught before I pulled off and she had an attitude while corrected her and I get people have bad days but learn to fake a smile and tone if you can’t do that don’t work in customer service , we ended up just pulling off because I threw my appetite completely off and I was irritated…I hope they tie down on there customer service.

I was honestly flabbergasted by this KFC location. Sunday July 20th this year i came to this KFC location with a coupon and with a friend of mines. while i placed our order for the both of us. One of the female employees there felt like she was rushing me a bit then she says something that felt unreal and only in nightmares.

“*Lipsmack* sorry we outta mac and cheese and we gotta make a new batch of chicken.”. Honestly it felt like that boondocks chicken episode all over again but fine as long as we get the food. So me and the friend get our cups and get sodas. Then we wait….and waited…and waited. They said they were making a new batch of chicken fine whatever thats cool BUT AND ITS A BIG BUT, EVERYONE ELSE GOT CHICKEN BEFORE US, not saying specifics but like 4 males and 2 girls got their order first before us AND WE ORDERED ALMOST AN HOUR AN HALF AGO. If my memory serves me right, my friend parked the car at 5:55 PM i ordered the chicken around 6:00 PM and we didnt get the food…UNTIL 7:10 PM!!!

FINALLY when we get the food i wanted some sauces because ya know sauce, i was there politely saying “Excuse me!” but all the employees are talking in the back gossiping like their pre-teens not evening hearing us. Not to mention, i get it its retail but they looked like they didn’t even want me and my friend to exist in the same state!

in short/in a nutshell, an hour and a half wait for KFC ever, immature & gloomy employees and i didn’t get the sauces i wanted. I love KFC but this location sucks!

Closet location to our home that I have to remember to never order from again. There have been countless times where we have waited more than 40 minutes for our food then to not get our order right and then have to reorder the food that is missing for the other people. I dont know if this place doesn't order enough food and employee the right amount of people for the amount of traffic but looking at other recent reviews I believe a lot of us get this terrible service.

If you can get food here it's good. But that's a big if. Sadly I've had to cancel my order here too many times. Never order online for this location. Management lacks training.

Came at 9:50 and the lady just looked at me through the window. Ignored me when i said hello multiple times at the speaker and then didn’t come to the window to help.I was there for 15 minutes before just driving off.

I came around 12:15 ordered a pot pie and was told I would have to wait 20 minutes. Which seemed odd since we were well into the lunch peak period. The cashier said I could pull around and wait in which I told her no thank you. She then snappily asked me what I wanted instead in return I told her she now has to wait until I decide on what else I wanted. I then ordered the chicken sandwich meal that she asked did I want a Pepsi. I told her no and that I wanted a sweet tea and a order of mash potato bites. She told me they didn’t have any. I said ok. As I’m sitting there the cashier yells “Ma’am are you ok?” I said “ Yes are you? No one gave me a total or asked me to drive around”. She says “yes I did.” She then proceeds to total the order( which shows on the menu board as the cashier does it) and tells me to come around. I sit at the window for at least 5 minutes and she comes over and hands me a soda. I told her that it wasn’t mine. She goes “oh you don’t want Pepsi” and I told her no I ordered a sweet tea. I asked her was she short handed. Her response was that it was just her and another guy and she’s trying to do it all. She gives me my order and I ask for honey and ketchup. She tell me she already put ketchup in the bag (which she didn’t) but will give me some anyways.

Not knocking the employee because clearly you can see the good intentions were there but she was overwhelmed. Definitely missed the mark on the guest service with this visit.

Sandwich was fresh, fries were ok, tea was tea.

Waited over 20 minutes. They didn’t give us our drinks so had to wait to get service for that. They have no napkins, no straws, and no lids. This is not the first time. And there was no one in line before us.
