After a long day of traveling home from Christmas, I ordered from uber eats. I ordered 2 kfc bowls combos. I receive 2 sides of a cheese type sauce and 2 sides of a white gravy. Completely unacceptable. Had to report through uber and wait 3-10 days to get my funds back.

Terrible experience. I placed a mobile order around 8:30 PM and went through the drive-thru. The person who said she was the manager made me pull around even though my drinks were already sitting there. By the time I got them, they were watered down. When I asked for fresh drinks, she refused and said she would charge me again.

I was also charged for buffalo ranch and it wasn’t in my bag. Awful service and zero accountability. Do not recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience at this KFC. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru around 8:30 PM. The employee who claimed she was the manager made me pull around and come back, even though my drinks were already sitting there the first time.

By the time I finally got them, the drinks were completely watered down. When I politely asked for fresh drinks, she refused and said she would charge me again. That is ridiculous and unacceptable, especially coming from a “manager.”

To make it worse, I was charged extra for buffalo ranch and it wasn’t even in the bag.

Slow service, missing items, watered-down drinks, and a manager with a terrible attitude. This place clearly does not care about customers. Do not recommend at all.

I had a very poor experience at this KFC drive-thru tonight around 8:30 PM. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru. The employee who stated she was the manager told me to pull around and come back, even though I could clearly see my drinks already sitting there the first time.

By the time I finally received my drinks, they were completely watered down. I politely asked if they could be replaced, and she told me no, and said she would charge me again if she did. That is unacceptable customer service.

On top of that, I was up-charged for buffalo ranch, and it was not included in my bag.

Between the long wait, watered-down drinks, missing items, and the manager’s rude and unhelpful attitude, I do not recommend going to this location. Very disappointing experience.

The staff is very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Went her several different days during the week at different times, they never have any chicken, or refuse to cook any. I’ve trusted ordering the number 9 3 times at different times and was told they didn’t have chicken then on the last visit I asked if you close at 11 it’s 6:33 pm why don’t you have chicken??? She had the nerve to ask did I want to wait for it to cook. Same lady who claims to also be the store manager is very nasty.

Once again, I went there and the black lady manager Kim was there by herself struggling with only the cook. They always leave this woman like that while she tries her best to manage long lines inside and out. I feel bad for her every time and when other managers walk in they have no urgecny and do not seem to care that she is wearing many hats during that shift. She even walks with a limp. Another time, the young manager girl with glasses was rude and argues with customers. Something needs to be done about this place and that black lady manager needs a good team or they need to shut this disgrace of a restaurant down.

Order taker had an attitude. Anything that I wanted to get extra was gonna be a twenty minute wait. When I got the window her attitude became even worse her customer service attitude was just terrible.

THIS ALOMA STORE IS AWFUL!!!!! WE HAVE LEFT THIS STORE 3x BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN!! SO WE HAD ANOTHER COUPON AND SHE SAID “OH WE ARE OUT OF CHICKEN” WHAT? THEY DID NOT WANT TO HONOR OUR COUPON AGAIN. A CHICKEN PLACE WITHOUT CHICKEN. WHAT?????? THIS IS AN AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. KFC. YALL SUCK!!!

Ordered the classic chicken sandwich. It had 1 see-thru pickle slice and the chicken breast itself was not crispy. The chicken was not hot, the breading was soggy and falling off in places and the entire sandwich was just swimming in mayonnaise. Absolute garbage.
