Employees at the drive through talked to me as if it was such a hassle to take my order. Couldn’t even take my order and claimed only mobile pick up orders. Once I placed that (which sounded like it surprised them) I was told it would be a 15 min wait. After waiting and circling the drive through for the 4th time, was told it would be another 10 min wait. I saw 10 employees all having a party in the dining room with nobody working, how is it that it’s taking 25 min to make one biscuit? Management clearly doesn’t care about what goes on here. I decided to leave and tried to cancel my order and was told I couldn’t cause my order was confirmed yet still wasn’t ready after 25 min. Can’t even get a refund on food I didn’t receive.

fast food places are usually mid, as expected, but this place is next level garbage. there’s about 10 employees sitting at the dining tables playing rock paper scissors, but telling me my fries will take 15+ minutes to be ready? and that’s after saying they’re only taking online orders right now. felt like the lazy employees were trying as hard as possible to make us go somewhere else so they wouldn’t have to stand up and actually work. i would give a 0/5 if possible, KFC app should really have a cancel order option for situations like this.

Each time I decide to come here - it’s a 15 min drive each way. So came here 3 weeks ago to get chicken littles and they said they were out. Gave them another shot today — and at 11:05 am they said they couldn’t drop any food for another 20 mins.

This is the worst KFC I ever been to in my life I just went in there today with my family and the worst service ever the soda machines bad taste in the soda, ice machine broken, the front cash register self serve one of them broken didn't work and the food horrible not well done cooked this had been the worst experience in a long time that's exactly why I don't eat outside of my house I have two great cooks in my house I don't need to go out spend money in crappie food not worth it not recommended this place bad food

I normally don’t review fast food restaurants, but I had to on this experience. They told me they were out of bone in chicken. Like what? Also out of most beverages. I honestly think it’s because the employees are lazy. I have no idea how this place is in business because there’s never a car there. Now I see why.

I ordered a three-piece tenders combo with a bottle of water for which I was charged. It came with approximately five french fries three chicken tenders together were not the size of one tender I get anywhere else. I requested more fries. I was given about five more portion is ridiculously small for the price taste wasn’t that good either
I'm currently sitting in the store easting some I didn't want because your store at Aloma and Howell Branch road is out of chicken. A chicken restaurant out of chicken? Why is this location open for business if they are not properly stocked? There are many customers coming in that don't understand why this KFC is open today without chicken. This location needs new management. The soda machines here serve flat soft drinks on a regular basis. There never is any ice either for customers. The employees here are often not friendly and short with customers. This location is right next to my house, I would come more often if the quality was better. No chicken is a clear indicator that management does not order from distributors correctly. I would like to hear from a district manager please.

Don't place a pickup order here. Waiting 30 minutes past my pickup time and was finally told "the drive thru line is done, so we are working on pickup orders now." Guy in front of me was waiting for an hour, and I got my food before him. Nothing makes sense here. Stay away.
