Always slow service, seems like every time I order food its incomplete, workers are rude. Tables and floors need cleaning. They need to improve on every single aspect of customer service.

Extremely disappointed! Will never eat a at this chain again. -stop serving sweaty chicken, that’s been sitting cooked in buckets all day.Expected to impress my wife that just arrived from Cuba with some “quality chicken”.

Horrible customer service! Receipt time 6:30opm. Ordered, asked to park. Waited for 15 minutes. Pulled back up to the window. Asked what the hold up was... He mentioned, oh I told you we had to cook the chicken. What? No mention of that was given. Waited a bit longer, another guy with dreads came to the window, I mentioned to him that I've been there since 6:30. His flippant remark was that he had been there since 8:30. Really! I mentioned that we could swap out chicken strips or a pot pie. They finally filled the order after 25 minutes and I got home and it was all dark meat instead of white meat. How's that for customer service!

Me & My fiancée came here last night and the service and food was just horrible especially the service! The drive thru guy was very rude. The food was just as BAD $18 wasted on food we fed to our dog because we were not going back after how the drive thru worker treated us. If I could give zero stars I would the worst experience I EVER had with a fast food restaurant. I would never come here again! Yes your corporate office will hear about this.

I was getting grumpy and hangry waiting for my order in the parking lot since they had to fry a fresh batch of spicy wings. I'm pretty sure they forgot I was out there but after I called to ask my order the drive thru dude with dreads came out w/ my order and gave me a large fry w/ my combo, some mashed potato, and FILLED the bag w/ sauces for the inconvenience. I could give that guy a hug oml.
If you would like to wait 40min for fast food go here. Worst

Don’t go here expecting actual chicken on a breast. Ordered the 3pc combo with 2 breasts and one wing- extra crispy. The wing had more meat than the breasts. Nothing was actually crispy- it was soggy from grease. Didn’t get the biscuit with the meal, nor the extra biscuit I paid for. My 2 sides were mashed potatoes and I got 1 side of plain mashed and 2 sides of gravy only ?? lesson learned.
