Very nice place, great service and a very enjoyable meal. I had tonkatsu ramen with braised pork belly, mushrooms, fried garlic soft egg and noodles. Added a little spice bomb, excellent. My wife's katsu chicken was awesome, and a nice looking box with plenty of food. Service was very attentive, and the hostess gave us tea to go, perfect for a chilly Florida day. We're going back soon!

First visit to this wonderful little ramen and sushi place. I've been to several sushi restaurants in the greater Orlando area and Kombu is right up there at the top.

This is a small place with about seven (7) tables and a standard sushi bar. Our party of four were seated right away.

Their house hot sake was some of the best I've had and I regret not asking our awesome and lovely server what the brand was.

Certified BANGER!! 10/10 Stars. Everything was perfect. Service, food, atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It's not common for a place to do sushi and main dishes well, but wow did they nail it. The fish in the sushi was fresh and tasted clean. Great presentation on the plates too. We had the regular tonkatsu, the Maya Tonkatsu, chicken katsu curry, Oasis roll, spicy salmon roll and Tha tea.
