A young man name, Jeshua greeted me with a nice smile, and he helped me chose a donut. I am a regular there and when I come to get a spontaneously Donut, i always see the bright young man working really hard and nice to others he's very welcoming to others. He deserves a raise! Good job krispy kreme hiring a good hard worker.
Ordered the Peanuts Christmas Box two day in advance. Gave the date and time as they requested for me to pick up. Went in and they tell me my order has been refunded because they don't have the donuts to fulfill my order. Their system is outdated. The workers don't know what they are needing until 10 minutes before the order needs to be picked up. Manager even said it's a dumb corporate issue. Drove across town to have these for Christmas treats.

Just got an uber eats delivery and YOU totally got my order wrong!! I ordered a snoopy donut and christmas wreath donut and they sent 2 I didn't want. Those are going in the garbage because Im not a fan of the regular cream filling. Whats crazy is the receipt that was taped on box had correct order so its pure laziness that i didnt get what i ordered. I'm so upset because I really wanted those donuts!š”
Hot and ready sign on, empty donut case, and they donāt even close for another FOUR hours. Even worse, I placed an order for donuts earlier in the day thinking they would at least set aside what they had for those who ordered online and they pretended like they never saw it when I called 30 minutes before pickup at 7. Earlier in the day as in 6 hours ahead to a place that supposedly makes donuts fresh in house. Not the employee glaring at me while I stand there and take a picture too. You guys are the ONLY Krispy Kreme in an area surrounded by businesses you donāt know how to manage inventory. Thatās crazy and sad.

I placed an online order and drove about 20 minutes to pick it up, only to be told when I arrived that they couldnāt fulfill it because they had no glazed donuts. Instead of contacting me beforehand, they simply canceled the order on the spot and issued a refund. This is extremely frustrating. Thereās no reason the system should allow an order to go through if the store doesnāt have the items available. A complete waste of time. I also placed the order at 3 PM to pick up at 4 PM. Still didnt have the time in that whole hour to contact me.

So the reason why I gave it three stars is because every time I come here the staff picks up the donuts with their hands and are not using the tool that they are supposed to use to pick them up. They are wearing gloves but they donāt change them after touching everything around the shop. They employee that served me today was handling cleaning materials and never changed her glove even though she used water afterwards but I think it was very reckless from her. I donāt think Iām coming back because I donāt want to get sick of eating contaminated food.
