My last several evening visits to the Winter Park location I've noticed none of the exterior lighted signs on the building as well as the main store sign are turned on. However, I did enjoy my doughnuts.

They Have raised the PRICE and CUT DOWN the SIZE of there Donuts. Terrible Way to Do Business. I Would Never Go there. They think people wonât notice the size. SURPRISE.

The store is full of bees alive and dead all around the creamer station and windows. The dumpster is always open with donuts on the ground also with thousands of bees. This clearly has to be unsanitary and a liability issue for someone that may have anaphylaxis allergy to stings.

I came in 10 mins before you guys closed and was NOT greeted by your Dustin from stranger things impersonator. He was rude, the lights were all off and the other employee was in the car smoking. My niece never tried donuts from a Krispy Kreme and i guess she never will. The donuts i paid for were all burnt on the bottom, so just time and money wasted. I spoke to a local outside and the answer is they stop making donuts and start cleaning always a hour before closing. Do better, no wonder your location looks like a a motel
This location rarely do see the light on for fresh donuts seems they make a lot in the mornings and sell those through put the day. I go there midday or evenings three days week but can never get fresh glazed donuts.

The donuts are great. We went to get donuts tonight and the guy serving us was so rude! He got an attitude when we were deciding what to get, since almost all the donuts were out of stock. He made a snarky comment at us. It really put us off, his attitude was so inappropriate because itâs just a donut shop đ€Ł

I donât know what was going on today here. Drive through took for ever and I had 1 car in front of me. Maybe the one taking the order was new or something because everything was all messed up. Maybe the cars in front of me were going through the same issue. I ordered a classic assortment that came with an extra donut and a coffee. I asked for a iced caramel mocha coffee. I also added an original glaze dozen as well. When I got up to the window, the woman who took my order, had another woman there doing my order probably the reason why it got screwed up she couldnât remember what I ordered. After I paid, I looked at the receipt and instead of being ringed up for a dozen glaze I was rang up for a single 1.99 glazed doughnut. So after fixing what was wrong with the order and repaying for the dozen glazed donuts, I left Krispy Kreme. Once I got down the road, I tried my iced coffee and it was nothing but iced coffee. I think someone forgot to put the caramel mocha additive into the coffee.
Today was not a very good visit at Krispy Kreme!

The one thing I loved about this place was the nice, very nice employees. I hope everyone gets the same nice service! The donuts were good, but many donuts are not simple and good. Some basic things have been overcome by too many sugary toppings and just overwhelming amounts of junk on the donuts! đ©
I just like to enjoy something simple, but good! Also, the donuts for diabetics were not available, not for me but for those who would love a treat. I eat those with coffee âïž just the same as the cinnamon and sugar donuts đ©.
The staff there have been amazing to me and others, every time I get to stop by there! Additionally, the donuts itâs are crazy expensive!!!!!!!!!!! Thatâs why I donât go there as much anymore.
