Ordered a black iced coffee, they brought coffee with milk.. it was odd because she didn’t say we couldn’t order black coffee. The sandwiches barely had any protein, the sauce is good though. We came in with the intention to eat there but had an appointment nearby, changed to a to go order, and then were asked to go sit at the front. Even after tipping 20% for service. The entire restaurant was empty. Made zero sense. But it’s cute otherwise, service could be better, has potential. Cuz what do you mean you can’t do black coffee but you poured black coffee before adding milk??? Or maybe idk say that you can’t before taking the order and collecting payment.
Love this place. Lots of tea variety! They have great sandwiches and desserts too. Place is cozy and service is great.
Food was great! Taylor, our waitress, was awesome. Very knowledgeable.
Charging an extra dollar for less ice? Are you guys out of your mind? I have been a fan of this place for the past few years, this change is actually shocking. Give me the exact amount of drink with the recipe you guys use for the full cup of ice, I don’t need extra drink, just give me less ice because I do not want it to water down god. 2 stars because the food is still good, but seriously, what the hell bro
I decided to go today with a friend. We were looking for a place we're we could have a cup of hot tea and chat for a bit. When we got there the place was packed so we had to wait for a bit. A big table open and they sat us. We had our tea and we're enjoying a good time until we got interrupted by the waiter. Not the one that was servicing us. To ask if he could move us to a smaller table since a large group of six had arrived. We were appalled. Not because he asked to move us but because he decided to do so while the place was now empty and three more tables next to our where empty. Each of those tables were meant to sit exactly 6 people. The group would have comfortably fit in any of those empty tables. He then looked at us and obviously after seeing our surprise said, if you don't want to be moved is ok I can sit them in another table. This was even worse. He could have done that from the beginning instead or asking us to move. We decided to get the check and leave. Great tea, very poor environment to fit the guests, and very poor service etiquette. First time and last. Will never be back.
Little quaint place with unique and delicious sandwiches, teas and desserts, attentive friendly service, and great atmosphere!

The most amazing and unique sandwiches as Thai cuisine (they also have a great pesto chicken for those not spice inclined). Thai tea float is incredible, and the brick toasts are delicious! Worth stopping, I eat here every time I'm in Florida now!
The food here is good, but the service and the way the business is run is a bit unprofessional and off-putting imo. As soon as you walk in, you are barely greeted before they immediately ask you “to go or for here” like I haven’t even made my mind up by that point and I feel rushed to make a decision. Then if u order something to go they don’t let you sit down anywhere even if you purchased something. I was there with a friend and they asked us to leave since we got our tea to go even tho we sat down on a couch, not even at a table, mind you. It’s uninviting and strange. It gives the vibe of a casual cafe but they’re treating it like a high end restaurant or something where you can’t sit anywhere unless you get your order to stay there. Even a high end restaurant would be more hospitable. It was passive aggressive and not a very pleasant experience. This is not the first time that this has happened to me there.
This was my second time visiting Krungthep and I have been pleased with my experience both times. My friend and I shared the Sleeping Beauty brick toast on this visit. It was phenomenal! I also had a cup of the Body and Mind tea, which was very relaxing.
This place was beyond amazing. Liz was very helpful and attentive to everyone inside. The sandwiches, salads, and drinks that we ordered were delicious! We will be returning to continue trying everything on their menu! If you have yet to visit this place I highly recommend.
Also the aesthetics were a vibe. The music was calming and entertaining. It complimented the whole place.

Their tea and sandwiches are soooo good! Love this place!
Service is good. Sandwiches are good. Teas are ok. To go deeper unless you are getting a speciality tea I find my teas basic and overcharge for the simplest of teas.
Reason for the star deduction: (1) I found we were being rushed out the door through frequent check ins and for a 5 dollar unsweetened iced tea I thought I was paying for time/hang out (2) upcharge for sweetener (it was either .50 to $1 additional for sweetener, I received about 2 tablespoons) (3) lack of atmosphere/vibe: no background music, windows with no blinds and no window tint creating a bright, hot sitting situation.
Ultimately, with all the other tea houses in the area as options.. the good service and good sandwiches will be forgotten.
Said simple I would not recommend
Yummy Thai flavored sandwiches. I’d recommend Grapow and Tomyum Sandwiches. They also have the best Thai tea/Coffee in town. But if you want to try something different, I would recommend the Anchan (Butterfly Pea) drinks!

The food is great here, especially the graprow chicken salad, which I ordered last night, but the server brought me a sandwich instead, unfortunately. We were under a time constraint, so I didn’t ask for the salad I ordered, but I would’ve appreciated if the server had paid better attention and confirmed my order before submitting it. The salad was much better than the sandwich version, so I walked away feeling pretty disappointed. The thai iced tea was delicious, though.
Taylor was so sweet and a great server. love the food here too, such a cute spot.
